Since 2015, the state Department of Education Teacher system reform formally implemented, for normal students, the graduate can get Teacher Certification announced the end of an era, teacher education students in the professional category is facing new challenges. Physical Education for students, improve teachers’ skills and cultural awareness, increase competitiveness, it is particularly important. Higher internship teaching practice school students to internships, as well as interns theoretical basics learned in school, basic motor skills, teaching skills applied to primary and secondary school physical education in order to achieve additional teaching experience, enhance their teaching literacy, enhance the teaching profession in the future competitiveness. Physical Education Teaching Practice helps train excellent teachers college sports needs of the community; provide excellent training opportunities for future employment intern, but also help to consolidate the expertise, so the physical education practice is moving toward physical education majors practice before important jobs is part indispensable.This study was based on field observation and video questionnaires, Shenyang Normal University Physical Education 2011 interns conduct research. Through the investigation to understand the situation, Shenyang Normal Physical Education 2011 intern class time, class density and teaching skills, etc., found the following problems Shenyang Normal University Sport Science Institute of Education of expertise exist in the process: the student teacher’s school efficiency relatively low, not make full use class time; there is a deviation on classroom time to grasp the structure; an essential part of the activities to give students practice a short time; in teaching skills, the ability to practice and demonstrate the ability of teachers to explain better, but the ability to summarize and interns lack of organizational capacity to mobilize.To solve these problems, Shenyang Normal University physical education major intern in the internship process, proposes Physical Training Education and a number of recommendations to enhance the students’ ability and effectiveness of teaching practice. To take advantage of the school’s student internship platform, so that their practice constantly improve their quality and ability. Schools should increase physical majors practice time, and student interns from time to time during the internship supervision, inspection and guidance to students in the correct attitude towards practice, which found itself in the lack of timely corrections and improve.
