It is the fundamental mission of China's education reform in the new era to cultivate talents.School moral education,which aims at cultivating students' excellent moral quality and moral personality,is the most important way to realize this fundamental mission.School moral education is not limited to classroom teaching,nor is it limited to moral education activities.As the most basic way of communication in school education,teacher-student communication has important status and value,and is also one of the effective ways to implement school moral education.At the same time,the study of teacher-student interaction conforms to the theme of The Times and the implication of moral education.Therefore,it is a feasible and effective way for school moral education to start from teacher-student interaction.Moral education based on the theory of communication and exchanges between the related research results,exchanges between teachers and students of moral education value and its implementation research mainly USES literature method and comparative method,and combining the education practice of the field observation,case study,reflection on the connotation and characteristics of interaction between teachers and students and interaction between teachers and students of moral education value,concept,basic paradigm,implementing path into the problems of analysis,reflection and reconstruction.According to the profound connotation of communication,the concept of teacher-student communication is defined as the way of communication,communication and cooperation between two or more subjects,teachers and students,based on words and behaviors,and based on understanding.The communication between teachers and students contains the profound value of moral education.However,in the real educational life,the moral education value of teacher-student interaction has not been fully demonstrated.On the contrary,some unhealthy or even vulgar teacher-student interaction has produced extremely harmful influence on students' moral growth.The value of moral education in teacher-student communication and its realization should be based on the right communication theory and communication moral education theory,follow the scientific nature and regularity of school moral education,and combine with other moral education methods and approaches,so as to achieve results in educational practice.The value of moral education in teacher-student interaction and its realization process are also effective channels for teachers and students to realize moral growth and improvement together,which requires the joint efforts of teachers,students and schools.It is of great practical significance to probe into the value of moral education in teacher-student interaction and its practical path,so as to expand the channels of school moral education and improve the effectiveness of school moral education.
