The concept of structure and function is one of the basic concepts of life.It mainly represent the dialectical unity of the structure and function.General understanding of the structure and function is the structure is compatible with the function or the structure determines the function,and the realization of the specific function depends on the specific structure.The research starts from the research status of structure and function view.Based on the research of predecessors,the inquiry teaching method and the modeling ideas,trying to construct a teaching method which suitable for the teaching of structure and function view.The thesis consists of five parts,the main contents are as follows:The first part : the introduction.The research' background is from three aspects: the social development,students' development and the requirements of new curriculum standards.Combining the research status of structure and function view at home and abroad,the research purposes the idea of this teaching design as proposed.The second part: a theoretical overview.Through an overview of the literature on key competencies,concept of life,structure and function,try to have a thorough understanding of biological structure and function.Reviewing the theories of discipline structure,systems theory,models and modeling,depending on these theories raising practical teaching strategies and implementation steps.The third part: the investigation of the current situation of teaching based on the structure and function view.It mainly uses questionnaires and interviews to investigate and analyze the teaching status quo of structure and function view,summarizes the teaching status of training structure and function view,and deeply explores the problems existing in teaching,laying the foundation for the study of the next case.The fourth part: the teaching design based on the students' structure and function view.Clarify the teaching strategies and teaching procedures of students' structure and function view,and determining the teaching design ideas.According to the teaching strategy proposed by the author,basic on the molecular and cellular levels,raising the main procession.The fifth part: the experimental verification of instructional design based on structural and functional perspectives.the pre-test volume of the flow mosaic model of the cell membrane is prepared.The pre-test volume is mainly based on objective questions.The actual knowledge of the students is investigated,and the knowledge of the students' material transmembrane transport is investigated.The teaching design ideas of modeling ideas,develop teaching design casesadapted to the content of this section and carry out teaching practice.The test volume is compiled after the flow mosaic model,and the practical effect of the teaching design is tested.The statistical data is managed and processed by SPSS21.0 social statistical software package.The result shows that the teaching design of the modeling inquiry had a better practical effect.The sixth part: the conclusion and reflection.Focusing on the teaching practice,the paper gives specific and feasible teaching implementation suggestions,discussing and prospecting the problems basic on the research.
