Objective:Based on previous studies,this paper discusses the relationship between high school students,physical exercise,self-control and learning behavior,and further tests the mediating effect model of self-control on high school students' learning behavior,so as to provide research basis for promoting the formation of high school students' learning behavior and developing and selecting physical exercise intervention programs from the perspective of enhancing self-control.Methods:A convenient sampling method was used to select 1300 students from secondary schools affiliated to Yangzhou university,Zhenjiang experimental senior high school and some senior high schools in Zhenjiang.each questionnaire included a self-compiled demographic scale,a physical exercise rating scale,a middle school students' self-control scale and a middle school students' learning behavior scale.A total of 1,258 questionnaires were collected.After reviewing the quality of the questionnaires,1,194 valid questionnaires were obtained after eliminating invalid questionnaires.SPSS22.0 was used for statistical analysis.Firstly,independent sample T test or one-way ANOVA is carried out on high school students' physical exercise,self-control and learning behavior.Then,correlation analysis is used to analyze the relationship between physical exercise,self-control and learning behavior.Finally,the path analysis method is used to fit the mediating role model of self-control that physical exercise promotes learning behavior of high school students.Results:(1)the average score of physical exercise rating scale of high school students is 22.195,and the average score of self-control scale of middle school students is 122.646(the range of the scale is 36-180),which is at the middle level;The average score of middle school students'learning behavior scale was 170.642(the scale score was 46?230),which was at the middle level.(2)the physical exercise of senior high school students was in the gender,the source of the students,the grade,and so on.The difference in arts and science was statistically significant(Ps<0.05).The difference of self-control in gender,arts and science was statistically significant(Ps<0.05).The difference of learning behavior in the source and the science of science was of statistical significance(Ps<0.05).(3)There is a positive correlation between physical exercise and self-control of high school students(r=0.205).There is a positive correlation between self-control and learning behavior(r=0.399),that is,the stronger the self-control ability,the better the learning behavior.(4)The self-control agent model fitting results show that the self-control in vivo The effect of education and exercise on learning behavior of senior high school students was partly mediated,and the proportion of intermediate effect to the total effect was 33.3%.Conclusion:(1)Senior high school students' physical exercise,self-control and learning behavior are at a medium level(2)In terms of physical exercise volume of high school students,male students are more than female students,students from rural areas are more than urban students,students in grade one are more than students in grade two,and science students are more than liberal arts students.In terms of self-control ability,female students are higher than male students and science students are higher than liberal arts students.In learning behavior,senior high shool students from cities have better learning behavior than those from rural areas,and science students are better than liberal arts students.(3)Physical exercise is an effective means to improve the learning behavior of high school students,of which self-control plays an intermediary role in improving the learning behavior of high school students.
