In 2003,China implemented the nMusic Course Standards(Experiments)for Ordinary High Schools"(abbreviated as "Experimentation Draft"),and then compiled music textbooks that met the standards.The "Experimentation Draft" guided the music education of Ordinary High Schools for more than ten years and promoted the development of music education in Ordinary High Schools in China.According to the new situation,in 2017,the state promulgated the "Music Curriculum Standard for Ordinary High Schools"(referred to as the"New Curriculum Standard"),which indicates that the goal and direction of music education in ordinary high schools in China are further clear.Under the guidance of New Curriculum Standard,this paper chooses music appreciation textbooks for senior high schools of People's Music Publishing House(People's Voice Edition)and Hunan Literature and Art Publishing House(Hunan Edition)as the research objects,and makes an analysis,comparison,inquiry and summary of the commonalities and individualities of the two textbooks.At the same time,it strengthens the basic research of music textbooks,and makes various textbooks available.The contents of the items and the structure of the textbooks are compared in tabular form.The main part of this paper includes four chapters:Chapter 1 analyses the experimental draft,provincial curriculum standard and new curriculum standard,including basic ideas,main contents,basic requirements,and the penetration and development of the experimental draft,provincial curriculul standard and new curriculum standard;Chapter 2 makes a detailed analysis and comparison of the structure of the two editions of music appreciation textbooks,including the conclusion of the textbooks.The third chapter makes a detailed analysis and comparison of the content arraagement of the two editions of textbooks,including module content,textbook content and homework;the fourth chapter makes some reflections on the construction of music appreciation textbooks in senior high schools,including the implementation of the new curriculum standard,the rational setting of curriculum structure,the rational setting of teaching content and the development and utilization of school-based resources.
