Network,as a kind of special teaching resource,can not only provide rich and colorful teaching materials,but also realize the exchange and sharing of distance teaching experience of network teaching resources in the network education environment.Recently,with the continuous development of online education and audio-visual education,and the upgrading of various teaching media,online teaching resources have become more and more abundant.At present,as a kind of comprehensive teaching resource,network teaching resource has the characteristics of large capacity,novel content,timeliness and interactivity,etc.,which breaks through the deficiencies of traditional teaching resource,such as single form and difficult implementation.Therefore,the effective use of teaching resources has become one of the important factors to carry out education and teaching.However,the use of teaching resources in education is uneven,which is more obvious in rural primary schools.lt will be of great help to the classroom efficiency to find out the application of network teaching resources in rural primary schools,understand the existing problems and reasons,and further promote the network teaching resources.Considering this question,the author took 244 rural primary school teachers who teach Chinese,mathematics,English and other subjects in Mudanjiang area as the objects of investigation,and made a questionnaire survey on the status quo of rural primary school teachers' use of online teaching resources.From the perspective of the application of online teaching resources in rural primary schools,this study finds out the existing problems and causes according to the current application situation.And through the reasonable application of network teaching resources,the author puts forward the corresponding solutions.This study finds that rural primary school teachers have the following problems when using online teaching resources:1.Some teachers hold a negative attitude towards the use of online teaching resources and the utilization rate is low;2.Teachers don't have enough ability to process online teaching resources;3.The school's support policy for teachers to use online teaching resources is not in place.Exploring the reasons,the author puts forward some suggestions:1.Enhance the rural primary school teachers'consciousness of research and change their traditional ideas;2.Strengthen the publicity of online teaching resources and teachers' training;3.Provide more support and countermeasures in funds,personnel and hardware facilities.The author hopes to provide some suggestions that can be referred for rural primary school in the use of network teaching resources.
