New teachers are paid more and more attention by the society.It is urgent to improve their professional adaptability.However,more attention has been paid to the theoretical level of vocational adaptation of new primary school teachers,and little help has been given to promote the vocational adaptation of new primary school teachers in practice.This study takes the W teacher as a case to present the story of his career adaptation,finds the confusion and difficulties in the career adjustment at the entry stage,and proposes solutions to improve the professional adaptation of the new primary school teachers in practice.In this study,a new elementary school teacher who has been engaged in education for three years in primary school was selected as the research object.Using the case study method of education,I found the problems encountered by W teacher in the career adaptation process and the methods used to solve the problem.It not only enables it to review and think about the process of adapting to its own career,but also hopes to discover the influencing factors affecting the career adaptability of new primary school teachers through its real education and teaching stories,and to generalize the general rules,and explore a series of ways to promote the combination of educational theories.New teachers can adapt to the measures and methods that can be used to improve the professional adaptability of new primary school teachers.This study puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on improving the professional adaptability of new primary school teachers from the aspects of full pre-service preparation,self-improvement of teaching,self-improvement of teaching,cultivation of professional identity,firm belief in education,and support for on-the-job training.
