The novice teacher is the fresh blood of a school,as well as the important component of the teacher group.It's the key primary period for the professional development of the teachers.In the process of the teacher group development,the novice teacher is in the stages which full of difficulties and tribulations,With distinctive characteristics and missions.Compared with the other teacher development stages,novice teachers are easily suffered from the "impact from reality".It shows more fragile, unstable and it needs help from others.The treatise from the education management,sociology and psychology of the fusion of cross.In this thesis,we try to analyze the influence of the adaption of the novice teacher occupation from the view point of the crossed syncretization of the educational management,sociology as well as psychology.This thesis regards the adaption of the primary or middle school teacher occupation as a changeable complicate process for development.In this process,The teachers should be interact and adjust on the environment in order to achieve the harmonious status.The novice teacher not only need to learn how to play better roles of the teacher as the occupation.He also plays the other roles in the process of the socialization in the other aspects.And all of these will cause the influence for the adaption of the novice teacher occupation.The environment that the primary or middle school teachers exist is a amulti-level open and dynamic systemThis thesis trisects the environment that the primary or middle school teachers exist into 3 levels:Social environment,school environment (including the district the school in) and growing up environment.According to differences on the self status,recognization and responsibility to the environment,this thesis trisects the characteristics of the novice teacher into 3 kinds:reconginization on personality,ability and value.Different kinds of the environment will always impacts the novice teacher in the process of the adaption of the novice teacher occupation.Novice teacher adapts the occupation and the society through the sense, adjustments and choices.This kind of influential change is in the process of reiteration and circulation.The environment has changed the teacher,but a counter action will occurred in the environment from the changed novice teacher,the novice situation and novice teachers for environment impact,achieve a dynamic balance.Based on the novice teacher environment and the characteristics of the thorough analysis,novice teachers to extract the influencing factors,and the analysis of these factors is.Finally,according to the novice teacher to influence factors are analyzed,and some Suggestions of the research in education resources and gradually improve the imbalance between schools and teachers,improve the economic status,and establish a novice teacher in primary system,strengthen the education system of teacher training practice and training teachers from three aspects:the suggestion.
