| There is no doubt that teaching ability plays an important role in the process of teaching.Therefore,the research on mathematics postgraduates’ teaching ability is of vital importance,especially the study on the influencing factor of teaching ability,because it can help people to find out the optimal influencing factors as to well-directed put forward a training plan for master of mathematics education and improve their teaching ability.Review the existing studies,the vast majority research subjects were teachers within teacher Qualifications,ignored the group of full-time mathematics postgraduates.Besides,most of the research methods are based on the thought of teaching experience combined with theory,there is little direct detection and quantitative research of teaching ability,especially in terms of the influencing factor of teaching ability.Based on this,this article will carry on the research mainly from the quantitative angle,with the aid of structural equation model analysis method,detect the influencing factor and influencing depth of postgraduates’ teaching ability,so as to put forward new suggestions for the cultivation of teaching ability.About the methods of study,the dissertation mainly uses the method of literature,investigation,structural equation modeling method and so on.The order of this paper is: first,study the related theory and write research review,study the theory of structural equation modeling andrelated software.Second,put forward the hypothesis,draw the theoretical path model,and compiling the questionnaire.Third,investigate the subjects and conduct an investigation.Fourth,sort out and count the result of the investigation,analyze the data using Excel preliminarily.Fifth,use the network analysis software SPSS22.0 and AMOS19.0 to analyze the data and get the direct and indirect factors.Sixth,discuss the results and find out the characteristics of influencing factors and path.Seventh,put forward teaching suggestions combining the reality of mathematics teaching.The main conclusions of this study are: First,on the whole,after-class learning,teaching practice and contest discussion play a positive and direct promoting role in the development of teaching ability,among them,competition research also positively affects class learning.However,in-class learning does not directly promote the teaching ability,but through educational practice to achieve.Second,from the perspective of specific teaching ability,the top ten ranking factors are: Practice learning teaching skills,after-class learning teaching skills,in-class simulated teaching exercises,analysis and discussion teaching problems,in-class learning teaching skills,communicate with students in practice,in-class teaching guidance,teaching reflection after-class,communicate with teachers,teaching guidance after-class and explore teaching with teachers.That is to say,on the aspects of teaching skills,"teacher-student" communication,teaching simulation,teaching discussion and teaching reflection have a profound impact on the development of the teaching ability of the Master of Education.Finally,based on the above research results,mathematics postgraduates’ teaching ability can be cultivated from the following aspects: First,renew teaching concept and attach importance to the influence of after-class learning;Second,make rational use of educational practice and strengthen its guidance and supervision;Third,develop their teaching ability with the competitiveness of teaching competition and the scientific of teaching seminars;Fourth,Correct understanding of in-class learning and combine teaching theory and practice.From the specific operational measures,first,emphasize mathematics teaching skills,pay attention to education technology;second,strengthen the communication and perfect the teacher management evaluation system;third,increase the opportunity of teaching simulation,encourage the Master of Education to conduct various forms of teaching simulation;fourth,pay attention to teaching research,highlight The significance of education scientific research;fifth,pay attention to teaching reflection and internalize of teaching experience. |
