The trust of the parents to the teachers is the important foundation of the home-kindergarten cooperation.It not only affects the interpersonal communication between parents and teachers,but also has an important impact on children’s physical and mental development.However,the current social crisis of trust in teachers has begun to show.Therefore this article research parents trust in teachers,and emphatically analyzed the factors that affect the trust of the parents for teachers.On this basis,the author tries to put forward corresponding promotion strategies to promote the benign interaction between parents and teachers,and effectively improve the level of parents’ trust in teachers.Firstly,questionnaire and interview were used to investigate the interpersonal relationship and trust between parents and teachers.The study found that in the aspect of interpersonal situation,most parents have a clear role cognition,which can be divided into two types:"active" role cognition and "passive" role cognition;Tool-based interpersonal reationship is the main type of interpersonal relationship between parents and teachers of young children;The content of interpersonal Communication between parents and Teachers of Children is mostly related to early Childhood Education;The practical effectiveness of interpersonal communication between parents and teachers is insufficient,and the initiative of communication between parents and teachers needs to be strengthened;The interpersonal communication between parents and teachers has brought harvest to young children as well as to their parents themselves.In terms of the status of trust,the general trust of the children’s parents is at a moderate level.Children’s parents have a higher level of trust in teachers as a whole,in which parents’ trust in teachers’ professional knowledge is slightly higher than that in teachers’ professional concepts and ethics and in teachers’ professional abilities.And the parents’ low-level general trust status does not affect their high level of trust in teachers.What’s more,The demographic variables of children’s parents do not cause significant differences in their overall trust in teachers.Secondly,I analyze the factors that influence the children’s parents’ trust in teachers.It is found that the relationship cognition and trait cognition of children’s parents to teachers influence the content of parents’ trust in teachers.In the process of communication,parents’experience in communication,the infection of communication mediators,the effectiveness of communication forms and the timeliness of communication contents affect the level of trust between parents and teachers.The social system situation and the daily communication situation in the communication context affect the trust level of parents to the teachers.Finally,the strategies to improve the trust of parents of children to teachers are put forward.According to the different situation of children’s parents,we should carry out targeted interpersonal communication;Giving full play to the intermediary role of Children’s Communication and choosing the timely and effective content of Communication;Optimize the communication mode between parents and teachers,deepen the level of interpersonal communication;Attach importance to the influence of communication situation and improve the level of interpersonal trust steadily.
