The ability to cultivate the physical science of juaior middle school students is the requirement of quality-oriented education,it is the need of the development of science and technology and the social progress, and the basic ability of the future talents. How to train the students, inquiry ability and interest in the physical practice teaching is the top priority of the current physical teaching.Under the guidance of cognitive load learning theory,Bruna's knowledge structure, discovery learning theory, constructivism learning theory and infonnation processing learning theory, and combining with the current situation of scientific education reform in China, this paper adopts the research form of questionnaire survey and theoretical analysis, through improving the innovative teaching design mode, and using the means to stimulate students'leaJling interest, constantly cultivate the students' self-independence,cooperation and inquiry learning ability, fundamentally change the studentsr learning mode, and improve the studentsr ability in physical science. This paper consists of six parts:The first part introduces the research background, present situation, purpose, significance, content and method of cultivating inquiry ability in middle school, and expounds the definition of concept. The second part introduces the theoretical basis of this paper. This paper mainly discusses constructivism theory, infonnation theory, cognitive load learning,Bruner's cognitive structure and discovery learning theory. The third part analyzes the elements of cultivating students' scientific inquiry ability in physics teaching. In the fourth part, the teaching cases are analyzed and improved, and whether the students can achieve the research objectives in the process of inquiry is investigated. The fifth part discusses the teaching of physics in middle school. The design scheme of cultivating students' scientific inquiry ability is carried out,and the effect of teaching practice is analyzed and compared. The sixth part sunmarizes and reflects on the paper.Through theoretical analysis and practical research, the methods to improve students'inquiry ability are summarized as follows:(1)In the process of teaching, start with daily life, create problem situation, and guide students from life to physics. The situation is transformed into the target task, the classroom appeal is enhanced, and the students' curiosity and desire to explore new knowledge are aroused.(2)In the teaching effect, the improvement of students' inquiry ability mainly starts from the aspects of arousing students' inquiry enthusiasm, making students dare to question and dare to operate. The teaching experiment activity should highlight the student main body position, let the student participate in the experiment, let the student fully experience the whole link of scientific inquiry and scientific discovery, gradually cultivate the student's ability of solving problems and the ability of hands-on operation.Improve students' ability to think independently and analyze problems, and then improve students' ability to explore scientifically.(3)In the direction of the studenfs development, according to the "the nearest development area" of the student's thinking, the physical teaching goal is to be refined into four dimensions of the knowledge object, the ability goal, the method target and the emotion target. The students' original knowledge reserve and the knowledge of the new study are established, the main status of the students is projected througb the form of the scaffold, the link of the experiment teaching is designed with the aim of scientific inquiry, and the ability of the students to solve the problem is gradually improved.
