In response to the call for a new round of basic education curriculum reform to comprehensively promote quality education,actively promote teaching reform,and transform students' passively accepted learning styles,the RuGao Education Bureau of JiangSu Province promoted the "activity list" in the city's primary and secondary schools in 2008.However,the activity-based instructional teaching model seems to have only been promoted within the scope of NanTong.And with the passage of time,the development of the activity single-learning teaching mode seems to be somewhat lacking.As the key to the activity single-learning teaching mode,the“activity list”must keep pace with the times and develop continuously,so as to put a strong shot on the activity single-learning teaching mode,so as to adapt to the current physical core literacy and new college entrance examination policy.In this paper,the author first enriches the theoretical basis of the "activity single-learning"teaching mode and the "activity list" through the literature research method,and learns other scholars' thinking and research on the "activity list".On this basis,the "activity",Concept definition of "activity list","high school physical activity list" and "activity single guidance teaching mode";Secondly,through interviews,we can understand the actual feelings of physics teachers who use the“activity list”in the front line of teaching,and collect their opinions on the "activity list";Then,I learned the research results of other scholars on the activity list and combined with the author's own experience and work experience,and put forward their own opinions in the three aspects of the components of the activity list,the principle of designing the activity list and the process of designing the activity list;Finally,the application process of the activity list is studied.The activity list designed by the author is applied to the practice.Two classes with similar basic conditions are selected.One class is used as the control class,and the control class uses the original“activity list ".One class is used as an experimental class.The experimental class uses the“activity list”designed by the author to conduct a one-semester experiment.Pre-test before use,post-test after one semester,and data analysis by SPSS.Through analysis and research,we can conclude that compared with the original activity list,the structure of the activity list designed by the author leaves more space for students to record their own ideas,problems,and causes of errors.Make it a“learning growth record”for students;In terms of time,compared with the original activity list,each student can have sufficient time to think,and the backward students do not have to worry about not keeping up with the rhythm of teaching,and the excellent students can actively promote themselves in excess time;At the same time,according to the data of SPSS analysis,the activity list designed by the author can improve the student's performance to a certain extent.Finally,the author hopes that the definition,design process,application flow and other contents of the activity list proposed by the research institute of this topic will lead to more research and attention of the experts and scholars,and hope to inject the activity single-learning teaching mode fresh vitality.
