| Background:Executive function is a high-level cognitive process that controls other cognitive processes while accomplishing complex cognitive tasks. Its fundamental role is to produce orderly and targeted behaviors[2].As the core of cognitive, emotional and social functions,it is an important component of college students’ learning, reasoning, problem solving and intellectual activities.College students are the constructors and leaders of the future society. To a great extent, they will determine the direction and development of the future society.Their executive function and healthy brain development will not only affect their learning and healthy development. And for the development of society as a whole. Objective:To explore the effect of action learning on the executive function of college students,to enrich the content of action learning on college students’ executive function, and to encourage college students to strengthen their action learning. To improve the physical quality of college students,to choose the scientific rationality of action learning to provide a theoretical basis; This paper probes into the influence of the learning of the frontal ball on the frontal top network, reveals the neural mechanism of the influence of the learning on the frontal top network, and extends the research field of the theory of action learning and brain plasticity. It also provides potential therapeutic possibilities for individuals with motor or cognitive impairment.Research methods:In this study,111 freshmen of Yangzhou University were selected as control group and experimental group. In the control group, normal study and life were observed.Using rs-fmri technology and functional connectivity,fc analysis method based on area of interest(Resign Of Interest,ROI)to evaluate the functional connection changes of the frontal topping network of college students before and after learning the forekick action of football instep.Flanker,n-backh and more-odd shifting tasks were used to measure the inhibition, refresh and conversion functions of college students.Results:(1)The interaction time×group of students finishing flanker task before 70 days’ study of fore-kick action on the back of soccer foot was(F(1,66)=6.13,P=0.02<0.05.the difference was statistically significant; The time to complete 2-back task×group interaction was(F(1,66)=49.68,P=0.00<0.05),the difference was not statistically significant. The interaction time×group of more-odd shifting task was(F(1,66)=7.96,P=0.006<0.01),and the difference was significant.(2)before 70 days of learning the ball action,The results showed that the functional connections between the right inferior frontal gyrus(right inferior frontal gyrus)and the right inferior parietal lobule(right inferior parietal lobule)(P=0.03<0.05)were significantly increased in the latter two groups.Conclusions:(1)70 days of study on forekick action of football instep has a positive effect on the performance of executive function behavior of college students.(2)70 days of learning of foreboding action of football back of foot can promote college students to have a great effect on the performance of executive sfunction behavior.Changes in the functional connections of the student’s forehead top network. |
