An Experimental Study Of Swimming Teaching Sequence On The Degree Of Mastery Of Swimming Techniques

The swimming skill learning groups are mainly children,teenagers and college students.Swimming teaching is directly related to the learners' mastery of sports skills.It is very important to strengthen the research on swimming teaching.Many researchers at home and abroad have discussed swimming teaching methods in order to find better and more suitable teaching methods for students.At present,the research mostly focuses on comparing the differences of teaching effects of different teaching methods and methods to overcome fear of water.However,swimming teaching is different from other events.Learners want to master swimming styles such as breaststroke,freestyle and backstroke.With the change of the learner's sports environment,learners often need time to become familiar with water and overcome fear.Due to different swimming styles,adjusting teaching sequence may help learners adapt to the change of sports environment,better overcome fear and improve swimming teaching effect.Through the methods of literature,experiment,mathematical statistics and questionnaire,this paper draws a conclusion: the teaching order does not affect the swimming distance of breaststroke and freestyle,but learning freestyle first is more conducive to the transfer of skills,i.e.the swimming distance of backstroke stroke is longer;Most of the subjects have a good evaluation of this teaching.And think their swimming skills have improved.Some suggestions are put forward for the deficiencies revealed in the teaching sequence: in swimming classes in higher physical education institutions,the teaching method of organically combining freestyle and breaststroke can be selected according to the specific situation of teaching;In the teaching task,if you only learn freestyle and breaststroke,the teaching sequence will not affect the teaching effect.If you learn many swimming styles,it is recommended to learn freestyle first.
