From the definition of freestyle,it is not a strict stroke,So the crawl in this teaching is freestyle(the following is called freestyle).There are various teaching methods in freestyle swimming,In the 1980 s,with the guidance of teachers and the application of psychological teaching model,it was found that from the perspective of students' learning interest and learning efficiency in physical education classes,there were obvious improvements and improvements.After that,many research results at home and abroad show that imagery training plays a good teaching effect in the improvement and mastery of motor skills,classroom learning efficiency and motivation,and enhancement and expansion of imagery ability.In order to ensure teaching safety and efficiency,30 students aged 10-14 with breaststroke foundation were selected before the experiment and divided into experimental group and control group.Before the experiment,30 students with the basis of breaststroke were tested for their basic physical conditions,including the questionnaire survey on presentation ability and physical fitness indicators(age,height,weight,lung capacity).The test results showed no significant difference,and the feasibility conclusion of the experiment was drawn,which ensured the rationality of the experiment to some extent.The experimental group(8 male 7 female)of representation teaching methods,in the teaching process,students through the correct technical movement memory reappearance and observation of the technique in video video,as well as by students on behavioral essentials,between observation contrast between technology,to find out the shortage and learn the good in people,so as to promote the grasp of the freestyle technology;The control group(8 men and 7 women)used the traditional teaching method,that is,the teacher to learn the breakdown of technology,students themselves to practice consolidation to learn,from the enhancement of students' freestyle skills.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Image training is conducive to the formation of freestyle skills for 10-14 year old students;(2)Imagery training is a process of skill relearning;(3)Imagery training has obvious effect in the technical links with high cognitive component(4)After a period of training,both training methods can improve students' freestyle skills;(5)Imagery training benefits the development of students' imagery ability.
