| Objective: to explore the anti-fatigue effect of sanxian decoction on sports fatigue model mice,and to analyze the mechanism of sanxian decoction on sports fatigue,so as to provide certain experimental data support for the anti-sports fatigue effect of traditional Chinese medicine and promote the anti-fatigue effect of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: the mice swimming fatigue modeling method,the mice swimming 40 minutes per week,increasing 10 minutes per week,4 weeks,a day off every Sunday.Sanxian decoction was administered to the Chinese medicine group and the Chinese medicine exercise group every day.Skeletal muscle,serum and liver samples were taken after the last exercise,and these samples were analyzed.Results: compared with the control group,the weight gain of the exercise model group and sanxian traditional Chinese medicine group was smaller than that of the control group.In terms of time of exhaustive swimming,the sports model group was lower than the three herbs group,and there was a significant difference(P < 0.05).Compared with the fatigue model group,the testosterone,cortisol and the testosterone cortisol ratio in sanxian group were significantly increased(P < 0.05).Compared with the fatigue model,the content of urea nitrogen and dehydrogenase in sanxian group were significantly decreased(P < 0.05).Compared with the fatigue model group,the contents of pgc-1,liver glycogen and muscle glycogen in sanxian group were significantly increased(P < 0.05).Compared with the fatigue model group,the sod content in sanxian group was significantly increased(P < 0.05).Compared with the fatigue model group,the content of malondialdehyde in sanxian group was significantly decreased.Conclusion: the traditional Chinese medicine sanxian decoction has the effect of anti-exercise fatigue,and its mechanism may be to improve the glycogen reserve,improve the ability to remove exercise fatigue metabolites,so as to alleviate exercise fatigue. |
