| With the rapid development of the video game industry,the number of game players has reached an unprecedented scale,among which the proportion of student players is the largest.Students are developing people with great potential for development.Students’ plasticity is strong,their world outlook,outlook on life and values are forming,and they are relatively easier to receive education.Therefore,the influence of video game rules on student players becomes more and more important.This study focuses on the influence of the rules of electronic games on morality.Based on the existing theoretical basis of the relationship between electronic games and morality,it focuses on the influence of the rules of electronic games on student players from the perspective of moralityThe core of video games is the rules of the game,which are the basic conditions for players to play games.For the rules of traditional games in life,most of them are close to the moral standards in real life.However,video games in virtual world can simulate some survival rules in real life,idealize the rules in real life,and even completely subvert the moral standards in real society.The author believes that in the process of repeatedly playing games,these moral video game rules will also have a subtle impact on players,especially on their moral performance in real life,which has both positive and negative significance.Therefore,according to the requirements of social ethics,the rules of electronic games are designed to provide players with a game environment with moral education significance,so that they can gradually strengthen the consciousness of social roles and accept the influence of potential ethics in the process of games.This study starts with the rules of video games and collects a lot of research results on the moral impact of video games rules under current conditions.Based on Piaget’s "moral realism",the essence of the influence of traditional game rules on morality is analyzed.Then,according to the new behaviorism reinforcement theory and recessive education mechanism,the possibility of the influence of video games on morality is discussed.Through the questionnaire survey on the students’ players of "The Glory of the King",according to the theoretical basis of the existing rules of video games and moral research,four dimensions of the current rules of video games affecting the morality of students’ players are established.That is,the players’ awareness,recognition,execution and extension of the rules of electronic games.Thus,seven typical aspects of the moral influence of the rules of electronic games on student players are selected,namely,civilization,trust,respect,justice,violence,indulgence and selfishness.Finally,through sample interviews,using quantitative and qualitative analysis methods,this paper elaborates its moral impact on the student gamer group from the application example of the game rule "Glory of the King".Based on the results of the study,the author puts forward some suggestions to the government,game officials,schools and student players from the perspective of social morality,aiming at the problems existing in the current rules of video games.For the government,we should strengthen supervision;for game officials,we should optimize the rules of the game;for schools,we should carry out campus activities and improve education methods;for students,we should consciously correct the game mentality,strictly abide by the rules of the game,and establish a correct view of the game. |
