The basic idea of the standard of ideological and political curriculum for ordinary high schools(2017 edition)emphasizes that the core quality of students' ideological and political discipline should be developed through the construction of activity-oriented subject curriculum.Through the introduction,guidance and discussion of topics,improve the teaching methods,change the learning methods of students,in the process of independent learning and cooperative inquiry learning,cultivate the innovative spirit of students,improve the ability of life practice.This paper combines the current situation of ideological and political activity teaching in senior high school,integrates educational teaching examples,and explores the activity-based teaching strategy of ideological and political course based on the topic.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the text is divided into three parts.An overview of high school ideological and political activity-based teaching based on issues.Issue-based teaching refers to a teaching mode in which teachers present different perspectives of relevant issues to students with diversified teaching methods on the basis of comprehensive knowledge of relevant subjects.It is a teaching strategy based on issues and combined with independent cooperative inquiry.Activity-oriented teaching is a kind of activity classroom form that is educational,creative and operable,with students as the main body of practice,with students' all-round development as the purpose,and the teaching form of cultivating students' discipline core accomplishment.The implementation of activity-oriented teaching on the basis of topics mainly depends on the commonality of the two: the openness of content,the practicality of process and the diversity of forms.Topic-based ideological and political activity-oriented teaching is an effective way and means to cultivate students' core quality,which is conducive to promoting teachers' professional quality and promoting the innovation of ideological and political teaching mode and teaching evaluation in senior high school.The second part analyzes the problems and causes in the implementation of the issue-based ideological and political activity-oriented teaching in senior high school.The main problems are improper selection and use of topics,poor process control,single activity form,insufficient guidance and analysis of teachers,and insufficient interest of students in active-oriented teaching based on topics.Problems is mainly based on the issues of activity type teaching itself characteristic,the influence of teachers' activity type teaching around issues of consciousness and ability is insufficient,the student to the teaching of the ideological and political activity type based on the issues involved in ability insufficient,the corresponding teaching evaluation mechanism for failing to build and support based on the issues of the activity type teaching the influence of such factors as the lack of objective conditions.The third part,based on the topic of high school ideological and political activityoriented teaching implementation countermeasures.It mainly includes taking the core quality as the guidance and comprehensively improving the quality of teachers;It is necessary to strengthen students' psychological construction,break the inertia and improve their ability,and promote the change of students' learning style.Accurately grasp the ideological and political activity-based teaching process;Take the topic as the starting point,and promote the cultivation of the core accomplishment of each discipline in the activity;Perfect the evaluation of the ideological and political activity teaching based on the topic;Different types of activity-based teaching are used to improve the evaluation of activity-based teaching,improve the efficiency of resource utilization,and improve the implementation conditions of activity-based classroom teaching.
