The Design and Exploitation for the Decision Support System about Weight Lifting TrainingChen PeiyouAdviser Professor Shun QingzhuAbstract: This thesis studies the present situation of the application of computer software in physical training area and analyzes the concrete weight lifting training system is a compels opening system with human beings in its core. It consists of three sub-systems: athletic material selecting, athletic training and athletic competition system and each one has its internal rules. In an abstract sense, the training system is the interaction among practice subject, practice object, and information and the interaction between the three elements and the environment. The thesis also analyzes the basic control mode and method of weight lifting training and the data moving process and data processing method, summaries the special training model. In summary, the instructor can get a clear understanding of athlete's history, present condition and developing direction in the future by the process and analysis of the athlete's data. At the same time, the feedback of the analyzing result to the athlete can help the instructor to make corresponding plan to realize scientific administration.DSS are computer systems, which provide decision-makers with valuable information and an environment of creativity. It can help them to solve semi-structural and non-structural problems. Us main function is to support the whole process decision-making, especially the different stage. It no doubt provides reliable method to the training process. On the basis of theory analysis, we carried out a lot of investigation and studies, got a full understanding of the key links of the weight lifting procedure and summarized the basic rules. Directed by the methods and theories of software program, we designed and developed ADSS. In order to support the whole training control system and weight lifting material selecting system. Each system is carefully programmed. ADSS includes weight lifting training diagnosis model, predication model, statistics model, athletic local model, etc, aiming to facilitate the instructor to process data, control the training by the synthetic decision-making mode and to develop the scientific level of weight lifting training. The design is carried out from the following aspects:1. The design of the system as a whole2. The design of human-computer interface3. The design of training data, base4. The design of mode base as a whole5. The design about optimize and multi-base cooperating6. The design of systematic function modelThe code use in the program is Visual Foxpro and C language and the data is from on-the-spot of Shangdon province. We use the antetype to improve the efficiency and designing speed, and to perfect the program in the process of experiment.The exploitation of this system adopts OOD technology, fully uses MFC class libraries. The following is pivotal technology:1. The design of multi-window-processing2. The design of class about instrument, document-output, interface of opening data, predict, making policy, etc.Through the analysis of training system in weight lifting and the design and development of ADSS, we come to the following conclusion:1. By using the theory of the system science, this thesis analyses the fundamental factors, construction, and function in the training system of weight lifting, constructs a three-dimensional construction model for the training process in weight lifting, and thus provides a theoretical basis for the design an development of ADSS.2. The ADSS in weight lifting is composed with prediction, evaluation, programming, and statistics and other decision-making techniques. And thus realizes the scientific combination of man and computers in training area, and provides a strong design-making support for the scientific regulation and training for weight lifting.3.
