The junior middle school stage is the key period of students' physical and mental development.Scientific and reasonable campus ceremony management plays an important role in the formation of junior middle school students' moral character.However,nowadays,it is still influenced by "exam-oriented education".In order to improve the rate of entrance,many schools unilaterally emphasize academic performance and neglect the moral value of ritual.There are some phenomena such as formalization of ritual education and emptiness of ritual content in campus ritual management.Through investigation and research,the author finds that there are some problems in the management of ceremony in junior middle school,such as shortage of material input,unclear orientation of ceremony culture and spirit,imperfect system of ceremony management.As a planned and organized place to carry out educational activities,schools adopt various ceremonies in order to comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of students,such as the flag-raising ceremony of schools,class commuting and leaving.Class ceremonies,personal League entry ceremonies,etc.,convey the spirit of the ceremony to students,conduct moral education.If the problems in these ceremonial activities are not dealt with in time,they will become more and more serious,affecting students' moral awareness and development,but also affecting the whole school's ritual culture,and even affecting students' life-long development.Therefore,through the use of literature review,questionnaire survey,observation,interviews and other methods to study and analyze the status of ritual development and management in three junior middle schools in Harbin,this paper explores the problems and causes of campus ritual management from the material,spiritual,institutional and behavioral levels,and puts forward strategies to optimize campus ritual management,in order to improve and improve the campus.Ritual management provides a theoretical basis.
