Ceremony plays an important role in the history of the development of mankind. Some human culture because of the function of ceremony can be retain and continue. The ceremony is symbolic, exhibition, culture and procedural which lead the ceremony to play a special role in human life. Ceremony is in every aspects of life. What role does the campus ceremony play as happened in the school, which caused a series of thoughts on me.By reading a lot of literature, I understand that many studies focus on "the campus rite function mining" aspects. I am more concerned about the actual situation and effectiveness of campus ceremony. By capacity constraints, I only select a school that primary school X as research sample to show the actual situation of campus ceremony through questionnaire, observation and interview and other forms. Through the analysis of actual effect on campus ceremony I will summarize the effectiveness predicament of campus ceremony. There are six specific aspects:the teachers and students are higher cognitive and identity on the campus ceremony of the significance and function; the teachers and students aimed on the question "give students bring profound influence on campus ceremony" held different views; a large part of the teachers and students think "the flag raising ceremony" has brought deep influence on them; different degrees of campus ceremony give students the impact of the different levels; the students participate in the ceremony is to meet the needs of "cognitive drive" which is the biggest reason and why the campus ceremony impress on the students; school ceremony in the school in the development situation is worried. Through the analysis of actual effect on campus ceremony I summarize the effectiveness predicament. It is including that: campus ceremony education and social reality are lacerated; the structure of school hard environment and soft environment is imbalance; the cultural significance of ceremony field is lack; the purpose of campus ceremony is not clear; the contents of the school ceremony is empty and single; the campus ceremony are too formal; the subjectivity of students are lack; the corresponding evaluation system is lack. Through the analysis of the practical difficulties, I put forward some countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of the campus ceremony:create a public environment which is health, positive and upward; based on perfecting education infrastructure construction, we should pay attention to the soft environment; we should be clear to the purpose of the campus ceremony and the program should be open and transparent; the content of the campus ceremony should be satisfy the characteristics of psychological development of students, then strive to enrich; we should eliminate ceremony fragmentation and keep the continuous of ceremony; based on the substantive content, we should try and find everything fresh and new forms of ceremony; we should integration resources of school culture and create a representative campus ceremony of the school overall image; we should establish and perfect the feasible campus ceremony evaluation mechanism.In order to solve the concerned problems, I will develop this study from the following four aspects, specific research ideas are as follows:The first part is introduction. It mainly contains the problem, research significance, literature review, research ideas and methods. The second part is the analysis of status and effectiveness on campus ceremony. This content includes an overview of cultural ecology system of primary school X, actual situation and analyzing the effectiveness of the campus ceremony which is the focus of this paper. I will mainly analyze in this section. The third part is the effectiveness predicament of campus ceremony. Combined with the results of analysis, I will point out the dilemma which campus ceremony faced in developing. The fourth part is the reflection. From the dilemma of campus ceremony facing, I will try to put forward suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the campus ceremony.This paper takes the primary school X as an example. Through displaying the various campus ceremony of the primary school X. I analyze the effectiveness of primary school X which reflects the overall development of the current campus ceremony. I try to put forward feasible suggestions to promote the vigorous development of campus ceremony.
