Research On The Optimization Of College Student Financial Aid Management System

The theme of General Secretary Xi Jinping's report at the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China is "to win the victory of building a well-off society in an all-round way and to win the great victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era".The main development direction of the 13 th Five-Year Plan of China is to eliminate poverty and improve people's livelihood,thus laying the main ground for "precise poverty eradication" in the three key battles to win a well-off society in an all-round way Position.Under the circumstances of the increasingly prominent problem of poor students in Colleges and universities and the increasingly acute contradictions and social problems,it is an urgent and important theoretical subject and realization course for our higher education to study the problem of financial aid for poor students in Colleges and universities,evaluate the operating efficiency of the current financial aid model for poor students,further improve the financial aid model for poor students in Colleges and universities,and effectively solve the problem of poor students in Colleges and universities.At present,China has established a relatively complete policy system to support students with financial difficulties,but there are some problems in the process of propaganda,implementation and implementation.This paper expounds the current situation of student aid management in China's colleges and universities.On the basis of studying the relevant research materials at home and abroad,combining with the theories of "precise aid" and popularization of education,the author tries to find out the causes from six aspects: the effect of aid,the way of aid,the object of aid,the scope of aid,the implementation of policy and the effect of aid,and to improve the aid policy and the information system.To provide reference value for the optimization of student aid management system in China,six suggestions are put forward: establishing identification system,broadening funding sources,strengthening propaganda and deepening humanistic care.
