Research On Psychological Poverty Alleviation Of Poor Students In Higher Vocational Colleges

This study is based on our country's policy of subsidizing and educating poor students in Higher Vocational colleges.It studies how to carry out psychological poverty alleviation among poor students in Higher Vocational Colleges and how to promote the practice of helping poor students first.Through the research of multi-subject governance and human resources management,we can find a management way to regulate the poor students'bad psychological mood and promote the smooth development of psychological poverty alleviation.Starting from the psychological poverty alleviation work of poor students under the background of subsidized education,this paper expounds the three functions of the psychological poverty alleviation work of subsidized education,namely,the function of policy care,the function of stimulation and guidance and the function of life shaping,and analyses the insufficiency of the policy of subsidized education in the content of psychological poverty alleviation.The current situation of psychological poverty alleviation of poor students in Higher Vocational Colleges in Guangxi was investigated and analyzed.It was found that there were problems of precise targeting of psychological poverty alleviation,construction of psychological poverty alleviation team and forms of psychological poverty alleviation.Therefore,it is suggested to improve the mental health education curriculum of Higher Vocational colleges,scientifically open the compulsory course of psychological poverty alleviation for poor students,construct the working system of psychological poverty alleviation for poor students in Higher Vocational colleges,attach importance to the construction of psychological poverty alleviation institutions,diversify the forms of extra-curricular activities of supporting and educating people,establish dynamic mental health files for poor students,enrich the methods of psychological poverty alleviation education in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the environment,we should strengthen the research and training of peer psychological counseling and give full play to the advanced nature of education for grass-roots party members.
