Chen Heqin,a well-known child psychologist and educator in China,pointed out that the education of young children is a very complicated project,which cannot be done unilaterally by schools or families.Only through the cooperation,mutual support and participation of families and kindergartens can young children develop well.S0,home cooperation is crucial to the development of young children.It not only contains rich educational resources and contents,but also plays an irreplaceable role in the process of children’s growth.In order to effectively promote children’s all-round development and improve the quality of preschool education,it is imperative for kindergartens to implement effective home cooperation.Based on the experience and theory of home cooperation at home and abroad,the author uses questionnaire,interview,literature and other related research methods to study the content of home cooperation,the form of home cooperation,the understanding of home cooperation,the participation of home cooperation and the evaluation of home cooperation mechanism.Based on the experience and theory of kindergarten-home cooperation at home and abroad,this study uses the methods of questionnaire,interview,literature and other relevant research methods to study the content,forms,understanding,participation and evaluation of kindergarten-home cooperation mechanism of kindergarten A in Zhengzhou.In the study,the following conclusions are drawn: A kindergarten parents and teachers do not agree on the content of communication and cooperation between their homes;There are many forms of cooperation,but the forms of effectiveness are not sufficient.They respect each other in the cooperative relationship between their homes,but teachers dominate the educational relationship with parents taking the second place.The two sides are passive in their participation.Kindergarten A needs to improve its home cooperation mechanism.Therefore,this study puts forward relevant suggestions to improve the cooperation status of kindergarten A’s home: kindergartens and parents should establish a comprehensive development education view centered on children’s development;Kindergartens should carry out the form of home activities in depth and give full play to the educational value of the form itself.Parents and teachers should establish a cooperative relationship of mutual respect and equality.Kindergartens should fully mobilize all kinds of educational resources and enhance the enthusiasm of home cooperation.Kindergartens should improve their home cooperation mechanism and effectively improve the quality of home cooperation.
