With the concept of lifelong education and the deepening of educational reform,the social requirements for education are getting higher and higher,and the key to improve education is to improve the quality of teachers,and to promote the professional growth of teachers not only needs school training,but more importantly,teachers should establish the awareness of learning and actively and independently learn.This study theoretically explores the content,mode,influencing factors,psychological mechanism,strategies and other aspects of independent learning of Chinese and foreign teachers.On this basis,a questionnaire survey is conducted among three representative primary school teachers in Shenyang from the aspects of motivation,content,mode and result evaluation of independent learning of primary school teachers.On the basis of the questionnaire survey,in-depth interviews were conducted with teachers with different academic qualifications from different schools,different titles,different teaching ages,to dig deeper materials.The results of the survey showed that: 1.2.Single independent learning content;3.Passive learning style;4.Ignoring evaluations of learning outcomes.The reasons for this situation are analyzed as follows:1.Insufficient study time and weak atmosphere;2.2.Lack of awareness of improving teachers' comprehensive quality;3.Teachers' learning ability is insufficient and the school's reward mechanism is imperfect;4.Teachers' willpower is weak and the reflective system is mere formality.Finally,according to the current situation of primary school teachers' independent learning,relevant solutions are proposed to promote primary school teachers' independent learning.2.Enhance teachers' sense of urgency and establish characteristic system of the school;3.Improve independent learning ability and enrich learning methods;4.Strengthen teachers' learning willpower and improve the reward and supervision mechanism.
