Research On The Construction Of Ideological And Political Education Teams In Colleges And Universities In The New Era

With the forward development of the times and the rapid progress of science and technology,the innovation and reform of higher education in China have been promoted,and socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.President Xi Jinping pointed out at the National college ideological and political work conference: " The ideological and political work in colleges and universities is related to the fundamental question of what kind of people universities cultivate,how and for whom." From this we can see that the talents needed by the motherland,it is far from enough to rely on professional skills and a strong pool of knowledge and experience and it is more necessary to strengthen the construction of self-thought and morality,to establish the correct idea of morality in order to meet the requirements of the present society.As a team to guide college students to set up correct cognition,the college ideological and political education team shoulders the crucial mission of cultivating students’ ideology and morality.However,the development of multi-polarization and the characteristics of global economy are becoming obvious,which has intensified the effective development of college ideological and political education.In addition to the low level of ideological and moral and legal and political qualities of college students,as well as the frequent cases of college students violating the criminal law in recent years.The shortage of moral education is undoubtedly the main factor of its problems.Therefore,how to improve the current college ideological and political education level,through the professional ideological and political education team to help more college students to strengthen their professional ability is still an important thing to be solved urgently.In view of this,this study focuses on the great significance and current situation of the current college ideological and political education team construction as well as puts forward several targeted solutions to the existing problems,including the deep understanding of the significance of the construction of college ideological and political education teams;improvement of the professional quality and ability of college ideological and political education teams;enhancement of the ideological and political quality;reinforcement of teachers’ ethics;and further improvement of various mechanisms for college ideological and political education teams.All of these contribute to the level of college ideological and political education.
