In September 2015,the 1000 m painting by Waterside Town called "She comes from the painting-Congratulations to Motherland’s 66 th birthday,an exhibition by Waterside peasants in Guizhou coming into the Golden Beijing " debut in Beijing.This epoch-making exhibition,not only shows the colorful peasant paintings,but also announces to the people of the country,the brand of Peasant Paintings will stand in China’s national folk culture and art forest.Peasant paintings in Waterside Town originated from the soil of local folk culture.Cross-stitch,embroidery,batik and other traditional crafts have matured,after hundreds of thousands of literary workers of the experiment,again and again,forming the unique visage of the peasant paintings and art laws.Every painting with vitality shows the local people’s independent artistic language and strong national values.Integrating peasant paintings in the art teaching,on the one hand,is an effective way for students to better understand the folk culture.On the other hand,it is not only a necessary means to protect and inherit the peasant paintings,but also an effective method to cultivate students’ national pride.The scope of this study is defined in the Waterside Town,and unit curriculum development and research are conducted from four parts of the peasant paintings in art classes in the Primary School.The first part discusses the value of application of peasant paintings in the art teaching,from "The art characteristics,the feasibility of the use of peasant paintings in the fine art teaching in the Dou Jing Primary School and the value pursuit of the Waterside Town peasant paintings in the primary school art teaching",analyses the three aspects of peasant paintings.It provides an infinite possibility for the development of the art course,which is of great value in the art teaching,and the second part investigates by means of questionnaire survey,interviews,field investigations,statistic results and comparative analysis of the present situation of the teaching of the art teaching in Dou Jing Primary School,and the existing problems in the teaching.The third part discusses the theoretical basis of the development of the rural painting unit.Theauthor envisages the development of the peasant paintings into a unit course,and attempts to demonstrate the purpose and significance of curriculum development,and strive to achieve the requirements of the new curriculum standard of fine arts;Part IV contains four parts "appreciation and review,modelling and performance,design and application,synthesis and exploration”to practice,and establish the Waterside Town peasant Paintings unit curriculum,hoping that through the author’s attempt to enlighten researchers of the farmers painting teaching,and to provide a valuable reference for the research of the Waterside peasant paintings into the art teaching.
