The purpose of the secondary vocational and technical education,as the main body of the domestic vocational education,is to cultivate a large number of skilled workers with high quality.In terms of the current situation of secondary vocational education in China,whether it can achieve healthy development is closely related to the subject of education,that is,the employment satisfaction and career expectation of secondary vocational school graduates.This study is based on secondary vocational students employment rate is high,but the research background of the low quality of employment,starting from the actual vocational school,survey will be defined as different schools of secondary vocational school graduates,with the empirical research method of secondary vocational school graduates employment satisfaction and occupation expectation are discussed,with a view to using the Occupation Expectation of research on the relationship between related dimensions and employment satisfaction,to demonstrate the relationship between the secondary vocational students,to help students to improve the vocational education stage of Occupation Expectation,establish correct occupation values,vocational schools in the employment guidance work can provide suggestions and Countermeasures for reference.Based on a large number of studies,based on the existing theories of job satisfaction and career expectations,this paper explores the relationship between job satisfaction and career expectations of secondary vocational school graduates.First of all,this paper summarizes the theories and research results related to employment satisfaction and career expectations from two perspectives: Based on these theories,the hypothesis of the relationship between job satisfaction and career expectation is studied.Secondly,a questionnaire survey is conducted to get more effective information,and empirical analysis is used to analyze the relationship between employment satisfaction and career expectation of secondary vocational school graduates,so as to prove whether the assumption is valid.This study focuses on the status and characteristics of both employment satisfaction and career expectations of the middle school students.Finally,according to the data analysis results,the corresponding suggestions are put forward.This part expounds the importance and Implementation Suggestions of secondary vocational schools for secondary vocational graduates' career expectation education.The main conclusions of this study are:(1)In general,secondary vocational school graduates Occupation Expectation belongs to the high level,according to the degree of concern on the three dimensions of order is the internal value,external value and prestige;Occupation Expectation is also affected by the impact of demographic variables.(2)In general,the employment satisfaction of secondary vocational graduates is high,but the difference of demographic variables is significant.(3)The three dimensions of career expectations of secondary vocational school graduates have a positive correlation with each other and their satisfaction with employment,and the intrinsic value is significant for employment satisfaction.The countermeasures and Suggestions of this study:(1)The occupational expectation education in secondary vocational school,suggested that secondary vocational teachers from the gender,professional,family background and so on the differences of demographic variables on career expectations and its dimensions,to guide the secondary vocational student's raise expect intrinsic value dimensions of professional degree,form a reasonable career expectations.(2)In the different stages of education,different measures should be taken to improve the intrinsic value of vocational students' career expectations,and make reasonable career expectation education.
