Interpersonal interaction has an important influence on the behavior of sports groups.Interpersonal relationships affect the enthusiasm of individual emotional experience, directly reflect the behavior of group behavior and group performance, and have an impact on the construction of groups and the development trend and direction of groups. This research uses "social network analysis" that specializes in the study of social relationship variables as a research tool.Starting from the interpersonal relationship among college sports club members, using UCINET software to compose and analyze the relational data,it reveals the network structure and group characteristics of the college student sports community's interpersonal relationship, understands the existing relationships among members and their characteristics, and explores the members in the network. The status and the cohesiveness of the community, etc.,further explore the relationship between interpersonal relationships and the development of sports associations,as well as the influence on the construction and development of the associations.Research indicates:1.The four communities all have multi-dimensional human relationships. The overall structure of interpersonal relationships has a certain correlation with the basic conditions of the members themselves. Each association has almost isolated members and marginal members;the structure of the information relations network and the technology consulting network.More evacuation,to a certain extent, shows that the power of information and technology in each community is too concentrated.2.Calculating the overall network density It was learned that the social relationships of the four organizations are not close and the cohesiveness of the communities is not high.In contrast, the team cohesion of the Frisbee Club and the volleyball club is slightly higher than that of the Taekwondo Club and the Hopping Club.It is assumed that the collective Projects are more cohesive than individual projects.3.From a macro perspective, there are correlations between the three dimensions of each association's network, and the correlation coefficient does not exceed 0.7,but the degree of overlap varies from mission to mission. The overall overlap coefficient of the Frisbee community is relatively low;the volleyball clubs' network overlap is at an intermediate level;the Taekwondo club's emotional network and technical consultancy network overlap is relatively low;the pattern and information network of the Rope club is highly overlapped.4.Through the analysis of small groups,it is learned that under the emotional network matrix, all four communities have formed small groups. The density of the largest groups is higher than the overall network density. It shows that the small group members have stable structure and high cohesion. They place too much emphasis on interactions within small groups and lack of communication and exchange with all members.Small groups are more likely to form in the same professional and same-student students, but their cohesiveness is lower.High small groups can have an adverse effect on the cohesion of the entire community.5.The core members of the network are often members of the society and better members of the technology. The "centrality of the points" of members is positively correlated with the attendance rate.Among them, there are many students with high attendance detached from the edge of the community. In the optimization of interpersonal relationships in the future, more attention should be paid to fostering the sense of community identity and belonging of these members.6.Members with higher intermediaries generally play the role of "joint" and are called "bridges".Most of the "bridges" that play a role in corporate relations are more active members in the cadres or associations and members with better interpersonal relationships.
