Student status management as an important part of school management,to maintain normal education teaching order,school routine management,and to achieve the goal of talent training plays a very important role,and the effectiveness of student status management work directly affects the level and the effect of school management.This paper issued by the national ministry of education in 2010,the measures for the management of secondary vocational school students’status files and case "student behavior management norms" of the school system,such as text as policy guide,according to the characteristics of the secondary vocational school students and school development situation,to student management work in the secondary vocational education,effectively play the student status management education function,regulate the behavior of the students’ daily,guides the student to form the correct outlook on life,values,ultimately achieve the goal of education,the student status management work is an urgent need to think and solve problems as the research key points,finally realizes the education function of student status management.This article mainly USES the literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method and other research methods,through literature reading,comparison,understand the current research about student status management,especially the research content and direction of secondary vocational school student status management;Generalizations about the registration and its education function of the related definitions;Through the research,analysis summed up the current in the secondary vocational school student status management performance and the reasons of the lack of education function;On the basis of investigation and study analysis to seek effective countermeasures to play student status management education function and way.Can be found through the analysis of the research,the current student status management,the lack of education function mainly displays in three aspects,one is the emphasis on student status management system is not enough the second is management cause increase in the number of disputes in the implementation process,three is light "teach" phenomenon in student status management work;Investigate its reason,main school system for the propaganda is not enough,forced to change the management idea,neglecting the students individual differences,ignore students’ claim,student status management system to perform injustice and the student status management professionals lack of proper incentive mechanism and so on.Influence the student status management education function of these factors,this study put forward from the system and the concept of innovation,innovation management mode,create a high level management team,establish management evaluation system in three aspects.System and idea innovation to strengthen the publicity of student status management system,adhere to the students as the main body of management concept,based on raw refining student status management system;Innovation management model is put forward to encourage students to participate in student status management work,according to the student individuality characteristic training mode building and management of student status tracking feedback;Create a high level management team,establish management evaluation system is put forward to strengthen the professional management team construction,establish the appropriate rewards and punishment mechanism,its for Jane to enhance work efficiency and create evaluation of the supervision system,etc.
