Chinese government has been investing scholarship increasingly in Lijiang Teachers College.The local government and enterprises also provide help and reward for students by different projects.Originally,the college has been using the manual evaluation method,the whole process of evaluation is heavy workload and the work efficiency is very low.The college spends a lot of manpower,resources and time to complete this work during the scholarship evaluation every year.In this paper,the author analyzes and studies the scholarship evaluation management system through combining practical work with the existing scholarship evaluation process.The purpose is to make the work informationize and implement the scholarship management on the computer,so that the college will save on manpower,material resources and financial resources,as well as guarantee on capital management monitoring.This paper designs nine function modules in detail: student management,scholarship program management,scholarship application,students’ application requirements,scholarship examination and approval,scholarship winners publicity,scholarship distribution,system configuration.In the part of work analysis,the original existing problems in the management and work processes are analyzed in detail,and the reengineering process of each work step of the design system is given.In the following functional analysis,through case analysis and case description,the functions of each work step of the new system are clarified,and the general function package diagram and sub-function package diagram are described in detail.In the data analysis,this paper analyzes the data needed for each function in the scholarship management system,and the relational graphs and database tables are built.At the end of the paper,the research and analysis of the paper are summarized and the prospect of the later work is given. |
