Abstract/Summary:
In classroom teaching,teachers need to pay attention to the changes of each student’s classroom learning behavior to adjust the teaching progress and learning strategies,and improve the quality of teaching.However,there are many reasons in the current classroom that make teachers unable to take care of every student,such as delayed teaching feedback,focusing on results rather than process and other problems,which can not well meet the requirements of personalized learning of students.To some extent,it affects the improvement of education and teaching quality and hinders the development of students.In recent years,the rapid development of information technology has promoted the application of artificial intelligence,big data and other new technologies in the field of education,which has brought new ideas and methods for the research of education and teaching quality.In this paper on the basis of learning behavior classification tool,by means of behavior analysis system based on the Python language development,the classroom learning process for encoding,sampling and quantization,get the students’ learning behavior,and design and development of the visualization system based on classroom students learning behavior,to students in the process of classroom learning behavior records,analysis,grasp the students’ classroom learning situation.This study is a small part of the "Classroom Student Behavior Observation" project carried out by the Intelligent Education Office of Yunnan Provincial Department of Education in 2019.In order to study students’ classroom behaviors,data analysis is conducted on students’ classroom behaviors in 20 schools in 6 counties and districts of Yunnan Province.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Literature analysis is adopted to summarize relevant literature research,and the research background,research purpose,research content,research significance,research methods and research ideas of this paper are elaborated and summarized.Then,the research status of classroom behavior,classroom teaching videos and education data is summarized.(2)The classification system is discussed,the general behavior of behavior classification system FIAS,VICS,ITIAS,IFIAS and TBAS for key analysis,and on the basis of FIAS is improved,it analyzes the cause of the need to improve,idea for improvement are put forward,and based on the theory of multiple intelligences,behaviorism theory,constructivism theory,developing the teaching theory,and with the education idea of "students as the center",to design a multidimensional state of classroom evaluation system,has been as a foundation for this study "classroom learning behavior analysis system".(3)Based on "classroom learning behavior analysis system" for various classroom behavior analysis,classroom organization type analysis,frequency analysis and so on all kinds of student behavior category and the student studies the related data analysis,focus on the principle of data processing and analysis is discussed,combined with education and teaching theory to explain the results of the analysis,the final integration into a set of based on "classroom learning behavior analysis system" classroom learning behavior analysis system.(4)Based on the Python technology,using CS architecture of the Web service client and flask as a back-end service framework based on Python,using H5 front writing,front and back end interaction using Java Script ajax,beautiful page using CSS,front-end visualization is based on echarts,algorithm design depends on the Python sklearn package,with Mysql as a database,design and develop the Web visualization system based on classroom learning behavior analysis.The system records,processes and analyzes students’ classroom learning behaviors,and finally expresses them in a visual form,which is convenient for teachers to know students’ learning situation in time and improve teaching measures.(5)To select the wisdom education in yunnan province department of education office of students "classroom behavior observing" project in 6 counties of yunnan province,students collected 20 school classroom in this photo,select two representative lesson,using the development of "classroom learning behavior analysis system" has carried on the case analysis,implementation behavior data of quantitative analysis to the student,promote the quality of classroom teaching.
