In the new curriculum reform,we focused on students as the main body,advise students to explore what they didn’t know,changed the concept of paying attention to the result and despising the process.In the process of learning new knowledge,we participated in exploring knowledge and enjoyed the process of gain the knowledge.In the field of teaching,the change wouldn’t only take place from the previous emphasis on knowledge transfer to focus on the cultivation of students’ ability,but also from attaching importance to results to emphasizing the process.The compilation of teaching materials has also changed greatly,focusing on knowledge inquiry,adding many examples related to the real life,and paying attention to the reality of life.In the process of studying the teaching materials,it was found that there are many considerations in the teaching materials.For example,in the junior high school textbooks of the People’s Education Edition,the Pythagorean theorem in the triangle is proved by the specific way which Zhao Shuang invented.However,the way not only contained the Pythagorean theorem,but also contained other mathematical relationships.The way didn’t reveal what kind of scientific significance the Pythagorean theorem contained.What problems did it solve? Another example was the content on this part of the acute sine function.By guiding students to measure the ratio of the triangle 45°、60°、and 75°triangle to the edge and the hypotenuse,the content textbook can only be considered as a verification.The real exploration was how to guide students to discover without knowing the goal.It was worth for us to explore how the teachers can teach the important content of triangles much better.Under the request of the curriculum reform,how to carry out teaching research on the relevant knowledge in the teaching materials with a aim of solving these problems.Firstly,the existing research of triangular content inquiry teaching was analyzed.Besides,the concepts and characteristics of inquiry teaching were summarized and combed.In addition,the triangle contents in the teaching and teaching editions of Beijing Normal University were analysed,and some suggestions on the preparation of teaching materials were put forward.What’s more,we make a systematic analysis and exploration of the Pythagorean theorem and trigonometricfunction teaching materials in junior high school triangle,excavated the inappropriateness of the teaching materials,provided an objective basis for the inquiry teaching design,and further designed a suitable teaching design based on the problems existing in the teaching materials.
