If the former stage of education is in the level of educational popularization,the present education is at the level of educational development.The development of education is closely related to the development of teachers' professional ability.The development of education promotes the improvement of teachers' professional level.From another perspective,the improvement of teachers' professional level promotes the development of education.The latest documents issued by the state indicate that the state attaches importance to teachers,strengthens the status and treatment of teachers,and pays more attention to the improvement of teachers' professional competence.With the emergence of learning community,teachers' learning community is also closely following the upsurge of research.The research on teacher's synergetic learning community has been revealed.In China,the first article published in the title of the teacher's synergetic learning community came out in 2017.So what's the difference between teachers' synergetic learning community and teachers' learning community,and how teachers learn in teacher's synergetic learning community will be a problem to be studied urgently.This study starts with the construction of related theories of teacher's synergetic learning community,the mechanism of teachers' synergetic learning community to promote professional development and the concrete implementation methods of teachers' synergetic learning community to promote professional development.The study analyzes the similarities and differences of synergetic learning and cooperative learning,collaborative learning and further explains the theory of synergetic learning and teacher's learning community.Based on that,the article analyze,summarize and sort out the relevant theories of teachers' synergetic learning community,and analyze how teachers' synergetic learning community promotes professional development,build a promotion mode and practice exploration mode.The following parts are discussed in detail.The first part of this study is to understand the research status of teachers' synergetic learning community at home and abroad through literature review,and put forward research questions,preliminary research significance,design research and clear research methods.The second part is the research foundation of the teacher's synergetic learning community:the elaboration and analysis of the concepts related to synergetic learning and teacher learning community,including the analysis of synergetic learning,cooperative learning and collaborative learning and then introducing the theoretical basis of the study.The third part expounds the theory of teacher's synergetic learning community from theaspects of connotation,characteristics,field space,elements and principles of organization and analyzes the mechanism of teacher's synergetic learning community to promote professional development.The fourth part is the construction of teacher synetgetic learning community to promote the model of professional development,the construction of teacher synetgetic learning community,and the design of group activities and individual activities.The fifth part is about the practice and exploration of the above mode,including the introduction of support platform used in practice,the introduction of practice personnel,the specific process of practice,the questionnaire design after the practical activities,the summary and analysis of the survey results and the analysis of the practice activities and the mode according to the results of the survey.The sixth part is the summary and prospect,summarizes the research,analyzes the innovation and shortcomings of the research,and looks forward to the future research.
