Medicine Colleges And Universities Campus Culturalre Construction Research

With the dramatic development of science and technology, campus culture plays an increasingly important role. Campus culture is a synthesis of the spirit of a college campus, school climate, values, development goals, school characteristics, historical factors and all that. It is closely related to each teacher and student, acts on their way of thinking and behavior patterns and will affect their future learning, life and work.This thesis is based on past reserches, the four campus-based culture-----campus spiritual culture, Institutional culture on campus, campus behavior culture and material culture on campus. This article analyzes the characteristics of medical college campus culture, function, and the use of literature research methods and survey methods. It also investigates, analyzes, inducts the medical status of college campus culture, sums up the medical college campus culture problems, the causes, and proposes the construction of campus culture System. The thesis is divided into four parts:Chapter Ⅰ:Introduction。selecting and analyzing the international literature, summarizing the dynamics and trends of the current campus culture, finding out the current shortage of research, and establishing a direction, a clear purpose and significance of this study.Chapter Ⅱ:analyzing the connotation of campus culture-four forms of campus culture-the spirit of the campus culture, institutional culture, behavior and material cultures, combining with the characteristics of academic medical institutions and medical students, and analyzing the features and functions of the characteristics of medical college campus culture.Chapter Ⅲ:analysis of questionnaire which is concluded with the medical status of the construction of campus culture, to find out the shortage of the analysis, in order to provide a basis to solve the problem.Chapter IV:researching theoretically, identifying problems, analyzing the causes and learning the advanced experience of schools making on the basis of the characteristics of the medical college campus culture system.
