With the development of the economic and the deepening of reform and opening-up,especially the advancement of quality education and the deepening of curriculum reform,to cultivate students in all around development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labour is becoming more and more important.Adhering to moral education has become an important strategic direction for the development of the education.It is a systematic and continuous process to carry out moral education to students,which needs the coordination and cooperation of parents,schools and society and a full play to the advantages of each side.It is of great significance to establish the parents’ committee to promote the role of parents,to promote the cooperation of the family,to optimize the education environment and to build a modern school system.However,due to the effect and influence of various factors,the role of the parents’ committee in the moral education of high school is faced with many outstanding problems.Therefore,how to establish a standardized parents’ committee system,to maximize the role of the school parents’ committee,to form a harmonious family-school relationship,and to build a home-school education has becoming an important task in the work of moral education.A systematic analysis to the role of parents’ committee in moral education,form a theoretical and practical point of view,is of great theoretical and realistic meaning for promoting the development of moral education in secondary schools and the construction of parents’ committee.On the basis of reference to the previous relevant data,I will investigate and communicate with the parents’ committee of some schools,such as Zaozhuang Fifteen Middle School and Weifang North Sea School.On the basis of the analysis,the role of the parents’ committee in the moral education of middle school is studied.The article is divided into four parts: the first part is mainly about the general question of the parents’ committee.The key point is to define the parents’ committee and analyze the causes of the parents’ committee,the establishment and management of the parents’ committee and the basic functions of the parents’ committee.The second part focuses on the important role of the parents’ committee in the moral education of middle school.Strengthen the construction of moral education in high school and expand the social practice of moral education.The third part focuses on the problems and causes of the parents’ committee in the moral education of middle school.The outstanding problems in three aspects were analyzed: the members of the parents’ committee did not pay much attention to them,and their enthusiasm was not high,the school lacks the consciousness of moral education,there is a cross-border and conflict between the school and the school.Students’ parents’ moral education is backward,and the attitude of moral education is negative.the parents’ committee,and the role of the parents’ committee is not enough.This paper analyzes six main reasons: therelevant laws and regulations of the family school are not perfect,the training and management concepts of the parents’ committees are backward,and the generation of members of the parents committee is not reasonable.The members of the parents’ committee do not have enough initiative to educate themselves,and the lack of effective supervision over the work of the parents’ committee is not enough to promote the role of the parent committee.The fourth part is about the problems and the causes of the problems,and discusses the effective countermeasures to solve the problem.From perfecting the relevant laws and regulations,strengthening the guidance and supervision of the work of the moral education and the parents’ committee,and strengthening the education and training of the members of the parents’ committee and strengthening the promotion of propaganda.To create a good social atmosphere four angles put forward rationalization and targeted suggestions,so as to further play the role of the parents committee in high school moral education to provide reference and guidance. |
