Research On The Function Of Vocational School's Voluntary Service Project-oriented Moral Education And Its Realization

The youth volunteer services have had considerable influence in social service activities and met the needs of the development of the times in recent years.Under the new era,the organization forms of young volunteers are more diversified.Using project management to promote and standardize young volunteers to participate in social service activities is an important method in further improving the volunteer service system.Therefore,building a long-term mechanism for youth volunteers to participate in the project management of social service activities and strengthening the thinking and practice of the management system,evaluation mechanism,and team building involved in project management is an effective way to obtain universal social recognition for volunteer service work.The paper conducted an in-depth and systematic study of the participation of young volunteers in project-oriented social service activities,Through the literature research method,interview method,comparative research method,and case study method,we summarize the research status at home and abroad,define vocational school volunteers,project-based volunteer service,and the meaning of moral education functions,and analyze and list the characteristics of project-based volunteer service activities.At the same time,the functions of project-based volunteer service activities in moral education in vocational schools are explained in terms of improving students'comprehensive quality,expanding campus volunteer culture,innovating content of moral education work,and practicing socialist core values.And summed up four factors that restrict the moral education function of vocational school project voluntary service activities,including single project service content,lack of systematic project management,lack of student service ability,and lack of scientific evaluation system.And we try to put forward the path and methods to play a moral education function of project-oriented voluntary service including the search for suitable carriers around core values,the establishment and improvement of project-related management systems,the main role of project management,and the formation of a scientific evaluation system.
