The current society has entered the "Internet +",era,and the development of"Internet + various industries" has made remarkable achievements.Among them,a large number of researches and practices have been conducted under the guidance of national policies in the field of education.In the face of the new generation of "Digital Indigenous Peoples" who grew up in the information technology in the basic education stage,their mode of thinking and behavior and learning styles have subtly changed.How to deal with this normalization trend is the focus of researchers.As another important subject of education,teachers need to adjust and enhance their working methods and effectiveness accordingly.As a convenient teaching and learning tool,online homework platform could help teachers to efficiently arrange homework,modify homework promptly,provide academic analysis reports,and greatly reduce the workload of teachers.At the elementary level,to a large extent,the options and discretion of online homework platform are in the hands of teachers.Although the online homework platform by virtue of its advantages,has been recognized in some areas by teachers and students,but there were still teachers on the sidelines,or even resist.In addition,teachers in some areas have not yet learned about this educational product.The educational applications of information technology and smart education have been hot topics in the development of education informatization.However,there was a lack of evidence for the factors influencing the acceptance and use of teachers in basic education.Therefore,based on the UTAUT model,this research explored the influence of the four core variables,performance expectation,effort expectation,social influence and convenience,on the willingness and behavior of primary school teachers on the online homework platform.In the meantime,according to characteristics of the application of online homework platform in primary school,two adjustment variables of "grade" and"region" were creatively added to analyze the interference effect.Through informal interviews and questionnaires,primary school teachers in Nanjing,Suzhou,Huaian,Yancheng,Nantong and Xuzhou in Jiangsu Province were investigated and quantified statistically.The research used SPSS and Smartpls software to analyze the data and validated the theoretical model and structure of the research based on partial least squares method,and obtained the following results:1.Primary school teachers' performance expectations and effort expectations of the online homework platform and the social influence they felt positively affect their willingness to use;2.The effect of convenience on primary school teachers'use behavior of the online homework platform was insignificant;3.Primary school teachers' willingness to use the online homework platform has a significant positive impact on usage behavior;4.For the use of the online homework platform,primary school teachers of different ages have significant differences in performance expectation,effort expectations,perceived social influence and the facilities they have;primary school teachers of different teaching grades have significant differences in performance expectation;primary school teachers of different genders have significant differences in their efforts;primary school teachers in different regions have significant differences in their efforts and conveniences;primary school teachers who have different experience of using different skills have significant differences in performance expectation,effort expectations,perceived social influence and convenience conditions;5.Since only 1 of the sample data is mandatory,the rest are voluntarily used,resulting in no significant differences in the voluntariness of primary school teachers to use the online homework platform in all variables.Based on the above findings,it could be concluded that the factors affecting the use of primary school teachers include effort expectations,performance expectations,social influence,and willingness to use.At the same time,factors such as age,gender,region,grade of teaching,and experience play a regulatory role in these relationships.Based on this research conclusion,the article analyzed the optimization strategies for the online homework platform from the aspects of cognition,control,technical accessibility,senses and humanistic care.It also gave some suggestions on the process of publishing,publicizing and promoting online homework platforms.
