With the development of information technology, the promotion of information technology in education is increasing attention. In the field of higher education, using online teaching platform to carry out teaching gradually becomes the development trend of the current educational reform. Although domestic colleges and universities already have their own online teaching platform, the online teaching platform has not get good use in college teaching. The author had analysised preliminarily online teaching platforms of 39 colleges in Henan Province, and found that the phenomenon of poor applications of online teaching platform is a common problem.Therefore, exploring factors impacting application of online teaching platform, and then proposing some effective solution strategies is becoming a problem to be solved in the research of current college onine teaching.This study explored the factors affecting online teaching platform applications form multiple user perspective such as university teachers, students and executives. According to different users, the author used different research methods in the actual study.The research from the perspective of teachers and students mainly setted the technology acceptance correction model(TAM) as the theoretical basis, and constructed respectively influence factor model of teachers or students, and carried out empirical research on the factors that affected the online teaching platform application of college teachers and students through structural equation modeling analysis. The research from the perspective of executive mainly adopted in-depth interviews method to analysis and summarize the factors that impacted promotion of online teaching platform by executives.The following conclusions through this series of studies:(1) Attitude and Perception are the main reason for college teachers and students to decide whether or not to apply online teaching platform.(2) Attitude within the organization or group has a significant impact on the online teaching platform application of teachers and students.(3) Policy and institutional support provided by college has a certain role in promoting the application online teaching platform of college teachers.(4) Knowledge and skills of teachers and students has a certain influence on their online teaching platform application.(5) Whether students adapt online learning style will have some influence on their application of online teaching platform.(6) Less leadership emphasis, unreasonable department set and lacking of full-time staff restrict the promotion of college online teaching platform to some extent.(7) Existing college teacher evaluation system is an important reason to devote difficultly theirself to online teaching for college teachers. Finally, the author proposes some effective strategy recommends about the application of online teaching platform in colleges and universities in terms of college management, teachers, students, executives, departments and research groups and research impact on base of the above findings.
