Key competency is a hot issue in the current education sector and is also the focus of a new round of curriculum reform.In this context,the reform of the mathematics curriculum mainly focuses on how to help students acquire the core qualities of mathematics.The corresponding evaluation methods should also focus on the core qualities of the students' mathematics.However,the current evaluation of students' mathematics studies is still based on the investigation of knowledge,and they do not really regard the students' core qualities of mathematics as the main measurement content.They cannot effectively exert the feedback effect of evaluation on teaching.Therefore,the evaluation tools of mathematics core literacy are Development is imperative.On the basis of reading the relevant literature,the author interviewed some front-line teachers who participated in the examination proposition and compiled their viewpoints and suggestions on the connotation and evaluation of the core qualities of junior high school students.They reached the conclusion that the basic qualities of mathematics for junior middle school students are basic.The elements are the same as the six core qualities proposed by the high school curriculum standards,namely,mathematical abstraction,logical reasoning,mathematical operations,mathematical modeling,geometrical visualization,and data analysis,thereby confirming the test content.The core characteristics of mathematics as a student's psychological characteristics can not be separated from the psychological measurement and pedagogy guidance,the author of the current study of some important theory,the project reflects the principle of testing as a guiding theory.At the same time,the author also conducted research on PISA 2012 and national testing tools for compulsory education quality monitoring as a tool for the development of experience.Finally,on the basis of the horizontal division of mathematics core qualities by the new curriculum standards of the senior high school,the author selected two core qualities of mathematical abstraction and mathematical modeling to develop test tools and conducted pre-tests.Mathematical abstract test paper pretest difficulty is 0.679,discrimination is 0.388,Cronbach's a coefficient is 0.744,and criterion validity is 0.493.Mathematical modeling test paper pretest difficulty is 0.663,discrimination is 0.378,and Cronbach's ? coefficient is 0.771.The validity of the criterion is 0.534.According to the results of pre-testing and interviews with students,the author improved the testing tools,and provided several suggestions for evaluation based on core literacy and some problems in teaching during the pre-test process.
