In the process of teacher professional development,teacher induction training is like a bridge,linking pre service education with post employment teaching.With the deepening of research in the field of teachers' professional development,the researchers began to attach importance to the study of teacher entry training,and the research results are increasing.However,the study of primary school music teachers' entry training is still in its infancy.In view of the above,this study mainly through a summary of the literature of the primary school music teachers' entry training,studies the training approaches,forms,time length and frequency,content training will of new primary school entry music teachers,and puts forward the training suggestions on the basis of my investigation.This study mainly adopts quantitative research and qualitative research,and adopts questionnaires,interviews and observation.Taking 118 new primary school music teachers and 26 teachers as research samples in Nanhai District,Foshan,Guangdong,a survey on the status of the training of primary music teachers in the Nanhai District and the questionnaire of teachers in the South China Sea primary school music teaching are compiled.A survey of the form.In addition,10 primary school music teachers who had been teaching for 0-3 years and participated in the training were selected for observation and interview.It has been found that the existing training in the entry training still exists in the training institutions,the consciousness of division of labor and the weak consciousness of specialization,which leads to the randomness and lack of systematization of the training content and training form,and the phenomenon that the training objects are not divided into disciplines and non academic segments,and the strict enforcement of relevant educational regulations can not be implemented at least for a period of one year.There are not less than120 hours of school entry training time;the assessment and reward and punishment mechanism of the training work are not perfect,which leads to the lack of assessment mechanism in teaching work,no financial support for teaching teachers;low quality teachers' participation is low,leading to the lack of teaching teachers and uneven quality participation and so on.According to the above problems,the author puts forward some suggestions on theindependent development of primary school music entry training,improving the way of "teacher and apprenticeship",starting the training mode of "three levels linkage",using information technology and artificial intelligence,and improving the self-study consciousness of the teachers.
