Teachers are the foundation of education.The quality of teachers has a direct impact on the quality of education in schools.Only by constantly strengthening the construction of teachers and improving their comprehensive quality can we create a team of teachers with noble ethics and excellent professional skills.With the advancement of quality education and the leap-forward development of economy in Hongan County,the basic education in Hongan County has been improved unprecedentedly,and the level of music education in primary schools has also been developed unprecedentedly.However,through the questionnaire survey and sample interview of the primary school music teachers in Hongan County,the author finds that there are many problems in the primary school music education in Hongan County.This paper makes rational analysis and in-depth reflection on the main problems and realistic dilemmas reflected by the primary music teachers in Hongan County of Huanggang City,constructs an analysis framework of the current situation of music education teachers,tries to grasp the situation from a macro perspective,and puts forward practical countermeasures for the construction of primary music teachers in Hongan County.The full text is divided into four parts: the first part mainly elaborates the research background,research status,research purpose and significance,and research methods;the second part investigates and analyses the current situation of music teachers in primary schools,mainly from four aspects: basic education situation in Hongan County,the proportion of teachers and students,the structure of music teachers and the quality of music teachers;the third part is the main part.From the perspective of the government,music teachers themselves and schools,this paper comprehensively expounds the existing problems of music teachers in primary schools in Hongan County.The fourth part,aiming at the existing problems,gives effective solutions from five aspects: increasing the recruitment of music teachers under the new mechanism,optimizing the structure of music teachers,intensifying the training of music teachers,increasing financial input and attaching importance to the construction of music disciplines. |
