Approaches to learning refers to the basic qualities of children's learning tendency,attitude,behavior,method and form of activity.The State Council promulgated the "Guide to Learning and Development of Children aged 3-6 years"(hereinafter referred to as "the Guide"),which serves as a guide and normative document for the cause of preschool education in China.The Guide states that preschool education should be "for the follow-up study and lifelong development of young children".The goal is to lay a good foundation for quality “,Criticizing the view that neglecting the training of children's approaches to learning and simply pursuing the practice of learning knowledge and skills is shortsighted and harmful,and advocating that we should "attach importance to the learning quality of young children".And teachers should fully respect and protect children's curiosity and interest in learning,and help children gradually develop good approaches to learning,such as active,earnest and focused,not afraid of difficulties,daring to explore and try,and willing to imagine and create.Therefor e,approaches to learning,as a non-intellectual factor necessary for children's lifelong development,can lay a solid foundation for children's future learning and development.Approaches to learning should permeate into all aspects of the five major fields,among which art activities,as an independent activity of children's expression and creation,provide a good platform for the development of children's initiative,interest,imagination and creativity.Permeating the cultivation of learning quality into art activities requires us to pay attention to the development of children's behavior,attitude and interest while carrying out aesthetic education of young children.Now that approaches to learning is proposed and incorporated into the policy,what is the specific content of the learning quality of young children in art activities? What is the experience and deficiency of approaches to learning training? How to cultivate the approaches to learning of young children? This is an important issue to be discussed in this study.Based on the topic of "the study on the training of approaches to learning of children in large classes in fine arts activities",this study selected the art teachers and children of 9large classes in a provincial demonstration garden of Xi'an as the research objects,and used the method of observation and interview.Based on the qualitative research methods such as physical analysis method and literature method,through the researchon the present situation of the training of approaches to learning of children in large classes in fine arts activities,this paper analyzes the educational behavior of teachers onthe cultivation of children's approaches to learning.Thus,it is worth learning and carrying forward its experience: 1.Rich and diverse materials contribute to the cultivation of children's approaches to learning.2.Teachers' praise and encouragement enhance children's persistence and focus.3.Respect young children,give children the opportunity of independent exploration to promote the development of children's imagination and creativity.4.Encourage peer-to-peer communication and cooperation to develop children's ability to reflect and explain.At the same time,we also find out the deficiency: 1.Teachers do not have enough understanding of the connotation of children's approaches to learning.Teachers demand that stereotypes limit the development of children's imagination and creativity.The form and method of teaching activities are single.The conclusion of activities in haste is not conducive to the development of children's ability to reflect and explain.According to its successful experience and specific problems put forward the relevant educational advice: 1.Establish a child as the main body of the view of children 2.The teaching and research of kindergarten group should pay attention to the cultivation of children's approaches to learning.Strengthen the theoretical study to improve the teachers' understanding of the approaches to learning.Adopt flexible and diverse teaching forms and methods.Create an environment conducive to the development of children's approaches to learning.The above educational suggestions are expected to provide the basis for teachers to cultivate the approaches to learning of children in fine arts activities,and to provide an example for carrying out the training of children's approaches to learning put forward in the Guide.
