Close your eyes on one foot response of human body balance,state general administration of sports published in the gazette on monitoring national constitutional condition in 2014 showed 20 to 24 years old men close their eyes on one foot scores of 32.1 s,women is 33.6 s,after a downward trend year by year.This indicates that the body's ability to balance decreases gradually from 20 to 24 years old.In order to reducing the speed of falling body balance ability,keep good body balance ability,for various sports activities to lay a good foundation,but functional training with scientific concept,theory,method and system,its emphasis on stability and balance,more emphasis on nerve of muscle control ability.In this paper,the effect of functional training on the balance ability of non-physical education students is studied experimentally.This article USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,experiment research,in qufu normal university as an example,the non-professional sports university students were randomly selected 60(male 30,female 30),the experimental group 30(15)men and women,the control group of 30(every 15 men and women)as the research object.In the experiment,according to the content of functional training action and traditional training action,the experimental group and the control group were respectively trained for 8 weeks(three times a week,45 minutes each time).After the experiment,all students were tested after the experiment,and the data obtained were collected,sorted out and analyzed.The research results showed that:1.The group of before the trial and the student body balance ability index of the control group(P>0.05),and that no significant difference between control group and experimental way before the experiment,through the functional training and traditional training content of eight weeks after the experimental group and the student body balance ability index of the control group(P<0.01,suggesting that the experiment after the difference between experimental group and the control way is very significant.2.2.After eight weeks of action training,the control group's balance ability indicator P<0.01,indicating that the control group was significantly different before and after the experiment.Before and after the experiment group,the student balance ability index P<0.01,indicating that the difference between the experimental group and the experimental group was very significant,indicating that both training contents could enhance the students' physical balance ability.According to the growth rate of the control group and experimental group before and after the experiment analysis,it is not hard to see in the control group students can improve the balance ability index as the experimental group significantly,functional training action compared with the traditional training action,more conducive to improve the student's ability of body balance.3.The control group before and after the experiment of static index growth is superior to the dynamic index,the growth rate from high to low in order to stand out,eye closure on one foot,close the lift heel,close the piaffe walking,vestibular step test,the balance beam;Experimental group before and after the experiment of static index is obviously better than the growth dynamic index growth from high to low in order to stand out,eye closure on one foot,close the lift heel,close the piaffe,vestibular step test,the balance beam.The growth rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the order of the experimental group was that of the cranes,the closed eyes and the heel,the closed eyes,the standing of the eyes,the steps of the vestibular step,and the walking of the balance beam.4.Boys and girls body balance ability index before and after the experiment the control group(P>0.05,the experimental group before and after the experiment body balance ability index(P>0.05,botg men and women suggests that in the control group and experimental group before and after the experiment body balance ability both men and women there is no significant difference.Women and men have low and irregular growth in static balance ability and dynamic balance performance indicators.
