With the promotion of education democratization,the hegemonic behavior of teachers in the classroom teaching is further converged.Students appear to be more democratic rights in classroom teaching today,but many of their behaviors are still under the implicit control of teachers.Although teachers reduce direct corporal punishment,reprimands and other violent acts gradually,they resort to cynicism,deliberate neglect and other covert psychological punishment to students instead.The cold violence,such as the "psychological punishment”is the recessive hegemony of teachers in the classroom,which brings great psychological pressure and cognitive bias to students.Basing on the Micro Power theory,Hegemony theory and Power Rent-seeking theory,the study analyzes the situation,liquidity,concealment and diffusivity of teachers' recessive hegemony.Further studies have revealed that the recessive hegemony of teachers is prevalent in primary and secondary schools.It is mostly hidden in teachers' discourse expression,gesture of situational language,infiltration of class culture,control of teaching resources and rental of management power in teaching practice.Subsequently,a small range of study including questionnaires,class observation and interviews confirms the previous judgment and deepens some of the views.The following reasons explain why teacher's recessive hegemony is much more serious in the contemporary society.Firstly,social development brings great impact.In this process,the power space of teachers is compressed constantly,and teachers' illegal behavior is magnified indefinitely.Parents' attitude towards teachers has changed.Secondly,the new curriculum reform impacts on classroom teaching.Under this background,the new curriculum reform opposes knowledge indoctrination,rejects reprimands and lecturing,and urgently pursues dialogue and consultation between teachers and students.Furthermore,the teachers' charisma authority,the traditional authority and the legal authority initiate a series of transformations.Finally,teachers' conservative way of thinking,sluggish role transformation and serious hegemonic mentality and other factors combines.Teachers' power performances at micro levels are ubiquitous in a special education field ? school.The power operation of teachers influenced by time,space and subjects,which lead to the emergence of recessive hegemony of teachers.As a result,modern teaching goals are deviated;the school curriculum reform is decreased;the profession of teachers is lowered.The following suggestions are provided to reduce teachers' recessive hegemony.The proper decentralization and strict management should be combined to appeal to teachers to teach in accordance with the law.Research and training integration should be strengthened in order to enhance teachers' teaching wisdom.Internal and external improvement should be guided to deepen teachers' education understanding.Teaching order should be balanced in tension and relaxation to create a harmonious teaching atmosphere.Teachers and students should be hand in hand to construct innovative teaching ethics.Of course,the time is developing,the subject and environment of teaching are constantly changing,and the follow-up is more thorough,and the research of the system is still indispensable.
