With the development of science and technology in today's society,the social demand for talents is also put forward higher request,need high comprehensive quality,the business ability is strong,mastering many skills while specializing in the aspects of talent.In order to meet the demand of the society,all countries in search of new education system,the need to change the traditional teaching mode,adopt new teaching mode to cultivate innovative talents in today's society need.Along with the education from exam-oriented education to quality education,the university sports teaching also conducted a more in-depth reflection,found in the process of constantly reflection,in the traditional mode of teaching target and talent that is required by today's society is not consistent,so need new teaching mode to cultivate talent in today's society need.Research-based teaching mainly reflected on the student's research ability,innovation ability and to cultivate self ability of shaping,etc.Introduction of new teaching mode needs to break the original teaching pattern,although the research-oriented teaching development in our country is not very popular,but the research-oriented teaching has formed comparatively mature theoretical system.Research-based teaching has been applied to the various disciplines,but the research-oriented teaching applied in physical education curriculum is relatively small,especially applied in volleyball teaching in colleges and universities.This research in the research-oriented teaching in the field of education,on the basis of fruitful results by the method of documentation,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,methods of teaching experiments and mathematical statistics,by utilizing research-oriented teaching in the university volleyball general course of research-based teaching in university volleyball teaching in theory and practice problems,reveal the research-oriented teaching may be the positive influence to volleyball teaching in colleges and universities.Aimed for the future application of research-based teaching in physical education teaching in colleges and universities lay a foundation in volleyball teaching,deepening the college PE teaching reform and improve teaching quality of volleyball course,promote the all-round development of students,cultivate today need comprehensive talents,and provide practical and theoretical reference basis for volleyball teaching reform.From students interest in learning,teaching,scientific research ability,theoretical knowledge,sports skills and other aspects,to explore the research-oriented teaching may be positive influence to the teaching of college sports professional volleyball.And sums up the strategy of volleyball teaching through practice.The experimental results show that:(1)the research-oriented teaching on students' teaching ability,research ability and has improved students' learning interest,the experimental group and control group in the students' teaching ability,research ability and significant differences on students' learning interest,with statistical significance.(2)the research-oriented teaching applied in volleyball teaching and routine teaching method that there was no significant difference on students' volleyball technical level.(3)the theory of the control group and experimental group performance difference is not statistically significant.Students master the situation of the theoretical knowledge,research-based teaching and traditional teaching have no obvious difference.According to the results of the experiment,put forward the corresponding proposal:in volleyball teaching process,teachers should consider various factors affecting the formation of motor skills,for each teaching classroom situation feedback,in a timely manner to improve and perfect the next class of lesson plans,step by step,and continuously improve;In terms of theoretical knowledge,based on our practice in the teaching to promote students' understanding of knowledge and master;Research-oriented teaching in the implementation of classroom teaching to teacher put forward higher requirements.Suggest that teachers should not only master the basic knowledge,skills,this discipline,teaching methods and teaching means,to understand and familiar with the interdisciplinary advanced teaching thought and teaching theory,constantly improve their comprehensive quality.In the teaching process strictly controlled,the patient instructions and enhance the sense of responsibility,so as to improve the quality of teaching,cultivate students' comprehensive ability.
