The school-based curriculum,as a form of curriculum at the school level in China's three-level curriculum management,has gone through a long-term exploration and development since the curriculum reform.School-based curriculum has become a form of curriculum explored by many schools.Its purpose is to meet the needs of students,teachers and schools.School-based curriculum plays an extremely important role in meeting students' needs,improving teachers' professional level,and forming school characteristics.Chinese is a subject with highly humanity.Reading is not only the core and focus of the Chinese but also a difficult point.The school-based curriculum of Chinese reading in primary school can make up for the inadequacies of reading the content of the national curriculum and improve students' reading volume.The school-based curriculum is intended that children can accumulate rich language knowledge in primary school,set up the subjective consciousness of reading,and develop good reading habits.The development of school-based curriculum of Chinese reading is more conducive to the professional development of Chinese teachers.It helps schools to create distinctive reading courses.H primary school in Yangzhou has more than 10 years of experience in the practice of Chinese reading school-based curriculum.This paper,which takes the school-based curriculum of "reading sinology" in the Chinese H Primary School of Yangzhou as an example,summarizes the experience of the previous researches on the basis of a large number of documents,and is aimed at the every link of the development and implementation of the school-based curriculum.This paper investigates and analyzes the questionnaire and interview.The school based curriculum standard of "reading sinology" in H primary school is formulated.The compiling about the development and utilization of school-based curriculum resources,the organization of school-based curriculum,the implementation and evaluation of the curriculum are investigated and analyzed.The author found that the standard structure of the school-based curriculum made by the H primary school is complete and insists on the student based curriculum.The curriculum aims are clarified from the aspects of knowledge and ability,process and method,emotion,attitude and values.The school-based textbook compiled by H primary school is rich in content and clear in structure.The school has established a relatively perfect school based curriculum guarantee mechanism.This research summarizes the results achieved in the development and implementation of H primary school Chinese reading school-based curriculum.On the student side,the school-based curriculum improves the moral level of students,enriches students' Chinese accomplishment,and encourages students to form good reading habits.In terms of teachers,teachers' awareness of curriculum development has been promoted,and the knowledge reserve of Sinology has been enhanced.In terms of school,the Chinese reading and school-based curriculum system is gradually mature,forming a characteristic campus reading culture.However,there are still some problems in the school-based curriculum of"reading of national studies" in H primary school.For example,the students' needs are not investigated at the beginning of the curriculum development,the goal of the school-based curriculum is more general,the school based curriculum resources are not fully excavated,the reading time is lacking,the reading time is not guaranteed,the education is not thorough enough,and the scientific evaluation system is lacking.The author concludes that the reason is lack of scientific theoretical guidance,teachers'enthusiasm for teaching is not high,and the pressure of schooling is ignored.Aiming at the above problems and combining with the relevant research,the following improvement strategies are put forward:through understanding the reading needs of the students of the school,making the operational curriculum goals,making school based curriculum standards for the school conditions,enhancing the teachers'curriculum development consciousness and strengthening the school based training,to improve the school-based reading school-based language of teachers.The ability of curriculum development and the evaluation system of school-based curriculum are improved.
