The Form And Realization Of "educational Goodness"

"Education good" is the core category of educational ethics,which reflects the highest goal pursued by educational activities and the value expectation that society has "should" meaning for educators.The realization of education good should not only focus on the construction of external ethical norms,but also pay attention to the process of educating people to form their own moral.In Kant's moral philosophy,virtue is the supreme good;virtue is both intrinsic legislation out of good will,and at the same time is teaching.As a purposeful activity of cultivating people,education undertakes the inherent responsibility of cultivating independent and self-disciplined individuals.This is the ideological basis of this article by moving forward.This paper argues that "education good" has three forms of "hypocrisy","ordinary good" and "perfectness" in its existing form.Education "hypocrisy" often corresponds to the "wrongdoing" behavior of educators and educational institutions,which is a hidden and potentially "education evil".Education "ordinary good" is the normal education good,it can be grasp by educated and take into practice in specific teaching,"perfection" in education is a matter of "education good".In the sense of perfection,the moral principle of enjoying the supremacy of virtue and full happiness is the main body of the moral education.Considering that there is still a widespread phenomenon of "loss of good" in the field of education in our country at present,there are also many improper teaching methods of educators as well as lagging educational ideas and concepts.To some extent,Education became a vassal of utilitarianism.Therefore,this article attempts to provide some feasible route based on rational performance for the realization of good education,which mainly includes: Education should shape the perfect moral personality of educateers from the aspects of cultivating moral cognition and value choices;In addition,as a public affairs,education has the obligation to cultivate individual's public awareness,enrich its social value,and then promote the gradual realization of "education altogether ".
