Based On The SWOT-AHP Method, The Technical Analysis And Countermeasures Of The Five-man Aerobics Exercises In Our Country's Competitive Aerobics

Competitive Gymnastics in China since its development has been seen on top of the world with a spirit of “never give in”.The 10 th,11th and 12 th World Gymnastics Championship were all ended by rewarding China with the title of the world's champion.In the following 13 th and 14 th events,however,fluctuation was notedly spotted in the performance of China's five-a-team.The final score set an alarm to our neglect of the routines of five-a-team competitive gymnastics.This paper aims to elaborate on ways to improve the techniques of routines of five-a-team competitive gymnastics,in order to regain the championship and push ahead long-term development of five-a-team competitive gymnastics.This article uses the literature material method,interview method,video analysis,mathematical statistics,according to the rules of 2009 edition and 2013 edition,with12 th Aerobic Gymnastics World Championships in six-a-team and 13 th and 14 th Aerobic Gymnastics World Championships in five-a-team the first six sets of the complete set of motion technology is the research object.The reference to the scoring criteria,from art,the difficulty and complete the three aspects.Using the swot-ahp method to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the five-person operation technology in China,and the opportunities and challenges faced by the external environment,This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,aiming at winning the title of the champion,and providing some theoretical basis for the complete set of action techniques for the new cycle(2017-2020).The conclusions are as follows:(1)The correlation between the difficulty score,artistic score and completion score of the first six teams in the 12 th to 14 th world championships is related to the total score: The correlation between completion score and total score is the largest,followed by difficulty score,and the correlation between art score and total score is the least.The correlation coefficient of the score and the difficulty was decreased slightly,and the correlation coefficient of art was increasing.(2)Using the swot-ahp method to analyze the internal advantages and disadvantages of the five-person operation technology in China,the opportunities and challenges brought by the change of external environment are systematically analyzed.The influence of each level factor on the complete set of action technology of the five people in China has been quantified: Complete strength and consistency is almost perfect;The new 2017 rules stipulate that the number of sets of difficulty and the reduction of group selection;The difficulty movement is high and the distribution is reasonable;Dynamic coordination lacks eye contact and emotional communication;New 2017 rules reduce set action time;The music image of "Chinese soul";The new2017 rules will pay more attention to the completion of the complete set of actions;Complete set of motion plane spatial distribution balance;The new 2017 rules will add "team collaboration" to art scoring and completion scoring;The type of lifting action is single and the spatial variation is insufficient;For the first time,the new2017 rules will assign a value to the lift action;The operation choreography is not delicate enough;Transition connection action space conversion is not good;Lack of good female athletes.(3)Five people in our country hold the advantages and disadvantages of complete sets of movements technology is aimed at the 12-14 th world championship game proceeds from the actual situation analysis,the opportunities and challenges for the new 2017 edition rules and actual situation analysis to the competition team all over the world.If the current disadvantage is positive,it can be turned into an advantage.If it is not good,it can be turned into a disadvantage.The opportunities and challenges will change with the change of the advantages and disadvantages and the change of the external environment.So the levels are not fixed.(4)Based on the overall ranking of weights,the strategic direction of the development strategy of the five-man operation technology development strategy is obtained: The open(SO)strategy is dominated by the resistance(ST)strategy.In this strategic guiding ideology,the countermeasures for the development of the complete set of action technology of China's five people are determined: Complete the perfect performance of complete set of actions;The technical route of the difficulty inensuring the high level of stability;Strengthen art arrangement and improve artistic accomplishment;Highlight team collaboration and build excellent team;Strengthen reserve talent strength,pay attention to train female team member.
