Research On Influencing Factors And Index Construction Of Artistic Expression Of Competitive Wushu Routines

At present,in the process of training athletes,competitive Wushu routine coaches still take improving action technology as the main goal,and lack of attention to artistic expression.Therefore,this study uses the research methods of literature,Delphi,observation and data statistics to rationally analyze the artistic expressiveness of Competitive Wushu routines,and constructs a scientific and systematic index model of influencing factors of artistic expressiveness of Competitive Wushu routines,which not only has a reference role for daily Wushu training,but also has great practical significance for the promotion of Wushu events.The results show that:（1）the influencing factors affecting the artistic expression of Competitive Wushu routines include external action expression and internal emotional activities.External action expression is the fundamental guarantee to complete the artistic expression of Competitive Wushu routines,and internal emotional activities are the basis and premise to improve the artistic expression of Competitive Wushu athletes.（2）Through Delphi expert method,2 first-class indicators,7 second-class indicators and 24 third-class indicators are constructed to form the content structure of influencing factors of artistic expression of Competitive Wushu routines.（3）SPSS software factor analysis method is used to test the secondary indicators of the influencing factors of the artistic expressiveness of Competitive Wushu routines.Because the tertiary indicators are not suitable for factor analysis,this paper only determines the tertiary indicators through Delphi method,and the tertiary indicators are the detailed division of the secondary indicators of the test.（4）The influencing factors of artistic expression of Competitive Wushu routines include seven aspects: action quality includes action completion,action type and action beauty;The difficulty of Wushu routine includes the breakthrough of movement difficulty,connection difficulty and innovation difficulty;Special qualities include strength,speed,endurance,agility and flexibility training;The drill level includes complete arrangement,drill rhythm,drill strength and coordinated training;Modeling performance includes facial expression,modeling design and clothing matching;The perception ability of music sense includes the perception and memory ability of music theme,and the fit between Wushu action and music melody;Psychological quality includes self-confidence,emergency response ability,competition motivation and attention.By constructing the influencing factors of the artistic expression of Competitive Wushu routines,this paper quantitatively reflects the artistic expression of Competitive Wushu routines,provides thoughts for coaches to formulate training plans,and provides ideas for athletes to formulate personalized and scientific training programs,so as to continuously improve the international status of Competitive Wushu routines and improve the comprehensive strength of Competitive Wushu routines.
